Nicely renovated rooms, large, clean, comfortable; very attentive staff
No inside door latch, no lock switch on inside door knob… major security oversights, so I would not leave any valuables in room. Poor window coverings allow easy sight-lines into your room from outside
Everything was awesome, exceeded our expectations. Will be back.
Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were all updated, clean and comfortable
The staff was amazingly friendly, pleasant, and attentive. The room was very clean, modern looking and gorgeously decorated...the pictures depicting the rooms are indeed accurate. Microwave and good-sized fridge were a very nice touch. Bed was quite comfy. Shower was amazing! Location is just a few blocks from a Tim Horton's and a Loblaw's, and not a very long drive to the downtown core. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone.
The one and only thing that I didn't care for was the fact that the heating/AC unit was rather loud. Aside from this minor detail, this place gets a 10 out of 10. Thanks for such a lovely stay!
Awesome staff..great property..
Bit of TV noise from next room late night, but the staff sorted it out promptly.
Room was clean updated and bed was fairly comfortable,
No amenities ieCoffee Maker, Hairdryer, luggage racks or a mirror in bedroom. Did have a teeny narrow counter & 2 stools that wouldn't hold much. We had reserved a first floor room but were told only had 2nd floor and no elevator! No Breakfast available. restaurant was 3 to 4 blocks away. Check-in person was behind a glass wall which didn't make me feel great about the area!!
It was clean and just renovated. Small but the décor is well appointed.
Being a two story motel, you do hear noise from arriving neighbours and the parking lot.
Comfortable bed, good bathroom, microwave, refrigerator
Location behind Midas Muffler, room was considered finished and obvious money spent but lacking so much, one portable rack for two people's luggage, small counter in corner not big enough to hold much with two stools of no use, located on a busy main street.
Really liked the place clean, wanderful staff, bed comfortable , had everything we needed.
I walls are paper thin...get woken up by next door having loud sex and banking in wall. And TV from below booming. To loud. Had to turn our TV up to stop hearing all the from other rooms. That's why I rated comfort and sleep fair. Otherwise would be very good
Across the road to catch bus and Metro to anywhere in Montreal. Rooms were recently refurbished Reception made a coffees on request Mircowave Rates was good. Clean bed linen and towels
Really Noisy arconditioner which caused poor sleep quality No coffee or tea making facilties in the room. Seemed like it was a bad part of town. There was a fight (for about 15 minutes) in the carpark area one night involving 5 or 6 men with a half naked female running around screaming - no management presence at all and no Police arrived. Then next night we were awaken by Police at 3am who said they were told there was violence in the room and told that a women had been bashed. On finding nothing the 2 Police men apologized and left. Next morning I asked the Manager who called the Police, he claimed he did not know??? The Police had keys to open the door. No apologies from Management whatsoever for this incredibly distrurbing experience. One can only surmise that this is how it is when staying there.
THIS IS A MOTEL IN AN INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL AREA. THE MOTEL IS UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT AND BEING RENOVATED WITH QUALITY EQUIPMENT. BEDS WERE COMFORTABLE AND ROOM SPACIOUS ENOUGH
WE GOT A ROOM AT TOP FLOOR AND HAD TO CARRY SUICASES UP. THE WINDOW NEXT TO THE DOOR HAD NO SHADE AND IT WOKE US UP AT 6 AM. AFTER TWO DAYS OF REQUESTS, A PIECE OF RUG WAS ATTACHED TO THE WINDOW BY MASKING TAPE
Pulling up to the hotel we were a little taken back by the outside , but the room was amazing better than expected , and very comfortable ! Will return!
Room size Facilities Fairly clean
Area around mainly industrial Far Distance from down town No nearby metro station
Very new and modern Nice staff Nice location ( construction on the road but not their problem) Clean unit
Could hear other ppl, little noise
Upon entering complex, we were hesitant about staying there because of stark appearance of the building but we're pleasantly surprised when we saw the room. Room was clean and modern. Spacious bathroom. Plenty of free parking.
Not centrally located to downtown Montreal but it's only a 10 minute drive.
bedroom has sharp edges that we all bump in,lots of bruises the next day. Washroom has a lot of small flies, airconditioning is so noisy and most of all the room is not soundproof, you can hear next door talking. If you want to scream in the middle of the night, go for it.
The room was great, very clean and had a modern design, the bathroom was EXPECTACULAR! Big clean, good light and comftrable.
The exterior of the hotel is old, but my concern was on the safety of a weak balcony, which you need to use to get into the room (and it looks pretty bad).
price, location, staff, deco and lots of stuff
well, only down side was that i never heard about deposit. also the bump between road and motel was way too steep.
The hotel is new, the room is big and the staff is very friendly. If you have a car is very easy to arrive to Downtown.
The neighborhood is not the best, with many car workshops around, but this is not a big issue.
Excellent experience....the decor is amazing....
The rooms looked just the pictures. Very clean and had clearly been recently renovated. There was ample free parking and my room was air conditioned. The staff were very nice and let us park for the day after we checked out that morning.
The location is about a 15 minute walk from the nearest metro station, there is a bus stop right outside the hotel, but we tried to save some cash and walked.
Room was immaculate - very impressed with how clean it was. Everything was modern and up to date. The bathroom is spacious , water pressure was good and no shortage of hot water. Easy access to downtown Montreal even with all the road closures and detours. Lots of restaurants - especially breakfast places close by. They also allowed us to check out a little later. Excellent value for the money and we would stay again.
The room was a little small -the walls are extremely thin and we could hear everything going on in the room beside us - everything. You could also hear the footsteps upstairs. No blackout drapes on the windows and the windows have no screens. The driveway is also in need of repair. However, none of these things would deter us from staying again.
Nice clean room, friendly staff
Location in industrial area
The room was large and updated. Had a very good size fridge and a microwave. The bathroom had a very deep tub nice for soaking. The bed was very comfortable.
Did not like that most of the non smoking rooms were on the second floor with no elevator. There was also a very high step to get into your room. Due to my bad knees and being short I found that step a little difficult.
