clean, big with view in the sea
the man/owner working there was very inpolite. As soon as we arriveheproposed us to go to the restaurant in front (of course his property). When we entered the roomthere was a big sign syaing that we were caught drinking coffeor eating in the room we had to pay 50 dollars. Not confortable at all
- Located close to water front. - Watched many wales while having diner & breakfast at their nearby restaurant.
-Hearing people talking right & left . -The sound of running water for bath & flush in adjacent & top level rooms .
quality/price is good.
we have to find a power outlet in the washroom.
The B&B is situated in very picturesque place. It's very cozy and we liked the design inside. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there. The breakfast was great, the atmosphere and the bedroom were just perfect.
- We don't speak French and nobody there spoke English. So we had some hard time to find the host and explain her who we are and what we need (the B&B was closed on our arrival, and there were nobody around, so we could not figure out what to do and where is the host). - There is no shower head in the bathroom on the second floor. So you need to fill the bathtub with water to wash yourself. - No wi-fi. PS: This is not about this B&B, but please note: Rogers, Fido and Chatr don't work in the village at all. Bell and Telus are ok.
Location situated on the river great view from room
English was seriously limited especially when trying to order food at the snack bar or being cooked a certain way in the dining room. It is also at the bottom of a very steep hill from the main road
Place near to the harbour.
They don't speak english.
Nice view of the lake and close to the ferry.
Lack of cleanliness. Need major renovation.
We loved the chalet and the chance to see whales right in front of us in the morning...
We made a reservation, but when we arrived we were told that the room was not available because we had a pet, which we put on the booking reservation. it was explained to us that there was a cottage available that could take a pet and that info was emailed to us prior to arrival, but we received no such email. We then, at 11pm, had to find another hotel for the evening.
The position is just by the river. One can watch the whales while drinking a coffee on its private patio or porch.
In fact this is not a 1-bedroom apartment but a bachelor (i.e., it contains only one room). Also, the internet signal is low. But overall it is worthy and we will come back.
Beautiful sights of the mountains, the river, and the beach in front of the hotel.
WI-FI didn't work sometimes.
We arrived with friends to discover we had our own chalet with a fabulous view of the St. Lawrence River, right beside the ferry docks. So convenient.
Coffee in the room for the morning would be really nice for those of us who get up before 7am, when the restaurant opens. We were not the only ones up and walking around at 6am!!!
