Location We were given another room when we explained that guests were making noise in corridor on our floor.
It was busy and people were making noise in corridor on our floor.
Room Free parking OK breakfast
A bit far from metro
Location. Within walking distance to sports facilities and metro (subway)
Only one elevator in main lobby.
Pleasant location, immediate access to metropolitan transportation.
Stay was too short.
The staff is professional.and available to assist. The premium room are small for a standard king room in other hotels. Restaurant doesnt have many choices
Room side ..the elevator is awfully slow better. Hallway is very noisy.
Nice updated rooms. Staff was friendly and helpful. It's a good choice if you want to be near the "Big O".
There is only one restaurant nearby in walking distance. We were there with a group and going for dinner required cars and co-ordination. The bar in the hotel closed early so if you came back from dinner and wanted a night cap, no luck!
Housekeeping found the item I left behind and shipped it back to me.
The bathroom in the updated room (extra cost) was not private, glass doors were see-through and visible to the bed area from a reflection in the full length mirror. The bar staff were terrible, the bills were always wrong and the open hours were unpredictable. Convenience store is more than 10 minute walk away and near by restaurants close early. Impossible to have a glass of wine after 10 PM without taking a taxi somewhere.
noise from the heating lines, outdated facility
THEY DIDN'T HAVE OUR ROOM WITH A QUEEN BED AND A QUEEN PULL OUT SOFA. THEY HAD TO BRING US TWO COTS FOR OUR CHILDREN TO SLEEP ON. THIS MADE THE ROOM CROWDED. STAFF AT THE FRONT DESK WAS ALWAYS BUSY WHEN YOU NEEDED TO DISCUSS SOMETHING WITH THEM.
Outdoor free parking and easer area to get around.
Price way more expensive than my other stays there.
Comfortable beds Clean rooms
After hours you have a 30 minute walk from Metro to the hotel. Pool was cold and uninspiring
Excellent service and staff resturant food excellent hotel very clean
normally we get a suite at the cost we paid this time a reg room tolit was running all nite beds uncomfortable and room very cold ac not adjustable...would not of checked in if i knew it were not a suite
Free parking, close to metro system, impressive views of olympic park.
A bit far out of town, not many good places to eat close by
Pool very clean. Excellent staff. Very good service.
A bit noisy at night (machine ?) Restaurant average Dirty cushin (coussins)
Friendly staff. I didn't realize I forgot my jacket in the room until after check out. The staff found it & sent it to me. Very comfortable beds. Free parking. Close to Olympic Stadium & other tourist attractions. I would come back as a family.
Renovations (but I understand they need to be done to make the hotel even better) I don't think the 'pool view' is a worthwhile upgrade.
Clean, quiet and clean. Very good room quality fir very reasonable price.
Breakfast definitely does not match 4 star level. Our first expression was really good but after breakfast it was down big time. Something management has to thing about.
We booked from the highway through Booking.com & found this hotel a good value with good reviews & not far from the highway. Being in Montreal, all I thought about was how hard the traffic was gonna be to deal with & this hotel was easy to find with GPS. The service was excellent, even bumping us up to a jr. suite because our room wasn't available for no extra cost. The hotel was clean, lots of pillows & the staff very courteous. We had a meal in their restaurant that was limited in selection but our choice was well presented & the staff very kind to us English speaking ppl! I would recommend this hotel & would stay again!
I really like the hotel, employers were kind and helpful and the place/room itself was nice and comfortable. I loved the tub :)
I actually thought the beds were very comfortalble. Had a great night sleep.
The location was good. Easy getting to and leaving the city. Parking was great as I had a truck. Its a 10min walk to the Metro. It is on a main bicycle route.
The shower didn't have constant temperature taps.
Comfortable beds even though we were not in renovated rooms. Actually we're not keen on duvets, which tend to be the bedding of choice in renovated rooms. We find them too warm, especially in the summer, leading to the need to crank up the air conditioning or ask for blankets instead. Proximity to the Botanical Garden. Free parking.
One of our rooms was close enough to a noisy outdoor utility (not sure what it was for) that affected sleep.
Near metro, tourist attractions
Pool was small, restaurant expensive, not near restaurants in the city unless you use a car
The location is excellent.
The clerk who checked us in did not tell us about the parking token nor did he tell us about the breakfast coupon. When the hostess seated us for breakfast, she asked if we had a coupon. We said no and asked her how to get one. She told us the clerk would have given us one if it were part of our package. Turns out that was not so. We paid $34.00 for breakfast for two - good food but way over-priced.
Staff friendly and helpful; rates reasonable; food at restaurant good; close to gardens/museums
hotel isolated; not anywhere near shops, cafes, good restaurants, etc.; hotel shuttle very limited in range
