A very nice breakfast, Our hosts were very friendly and helpful
Exceptional B&B (first class) for cleanliness, comfort, friendliness and location. Breakfast was good and filling. Owner was knowledgeable about the area and was very friendly. The Goldendoodle was a fun addition! We would definitely stay here again!
We liked everything! No complaints whatsoever...
Breakfast was good. Place was clean .
Bed was very uncomfortable. Definitely needed replacing.
The best breakfast and the best night sleep on out 5000 mile road trip.
The host couple is very nice. The house is near the town and also near the Cape Breton park. There is dinning room and guest room, and support with hot coffee and tea all day, very convenient and confortable.
Quiet and beautiful surroundings, near to the Cabot trail. Clean rooms with good view. Helpful and friendly host, gave us lots of info about the trail and everything.
The location was excellent for touring Cape Breton - centrally located just off the main route and just a bit out of Baddeck so a country setting. Breakfasts were hot each day and differing so you would have a variety during a multi-night stay.
Our room had a bath across the hall but was roomy for the two of us.
This is a lovely B&B just outside Baddeck. The hosts are very welcoming and our one night stay was most relaxing. We shall return!
Proximity to activities and sightseeing. Friendly helpful hosts
Jan and Glen were wonderful hosts! So helpful and welcoming! Our room (#8) was clean and comfortable. Glad we were just outside the center of town where it was quiet.
Friendly and accommodating staff. Good food and excellent location . I would highly recommend Auld Farm to anyone who would appreciate a quality experience .
The room was very clean and lovely. Glen and Jan were very helpful including with information about sightseeing and directions for the area. Excellent location-not in the busy part of town, but near enough to drive to local restaurants and sights. Also at the start of the Cabot Trail, which was convenient. It was nice to have eggs at breakfast from their hens. The room was quiet.
House felt very warm and inviting, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was very handy to allot of local site seeing locations. Beautiful setting, like out of a painting, we were there just as the leaves were starting to change color.
The room we stayed in was a little small, along with the bed. However the bed was VERY comfortable and I know they have larger rooms. We just happened to book the last room available at the time.
Everything as expected and more. Great hosts.
Wonderful location. Very friendly innkeeper and husband. We had a very comfortable room and a lovely breakfast - plenty of help and advice about what to see.
Nothing - I would love to come back! Nearby Baddeck is delightful and we could easily have spent longer here.
Friendly owners, nice breakfast.
Hardwoods creek, need rugs to dampen noise.
Friendly owner, great facilities, super clean.
Breakfast could have a little more variety of hot food.
Friendly staff. Country location.
Floor was noisy to walk on.
Excellent location to access lots of Cape Breton activities. Very comfortable and attractive rooms. Delicious breakfast entrees and very friendly, helpful hosts.
If we had more time we would have enjoyed staying longer.
we enjoyed our stay

Great B&B. Nicest owners. Great breakfast. Price was very reasonable.
Great place to stop before heading into Cape Breton. The host was extremely accommodating.
Excellent location for touring the Cabot Trail and almost next door to the Alexander Graham Bell Museum, a must see when in Baddeck. Wonderful breakfast. Room One is tiny but charming and has a great ensuite bath. Floors are creaky but then again this is a farm from the 1800's. Our hosts Jan and Glen are so welcoming and lovely people. KC is adorable and gave us our doggy fix for the time away from home.
Beautiful scenery and homey atmosphere. Jan and Glen were as lovely and gracious as the previous reviews indicate and the house was spotless. Breakfast was a great way to start the day and our room (#3) was the perfect size for two people.
