Great breakfasts, we stayed two nights and enjoyed it very much. The hosts told us of the bike path right downtown
This is a nice little hotel operated by a couple and they do their best to make the place feel like your home. The hotel is located very close to the 800 bus route.
The room was a little bit too small for our comfort.
It was a lovely, friendly and helpful host Family! The house is located in a quiet side street, just few minutes away from bus which takes you to the city centre. The room was very comfortable and clean. Every morning we had a delicious, home made breakfast (Quiche and Crêpes), coffee, tee, Juice, fruit salad, etc. No wishes open! We felt like staying with family. We enjoyed relaxing and drinking glass of wine on the terrace. We are thankful to be able to stay in this wonderful home. We would come back any time!
This is one of the nicest B&Bs I have ever stayed in. M. and Mme Tessier made our stay (weekend) a real joy. They were so nice to us, and even endured our feeble attempts to speak French. The rooms are clean, comfy, and nicely decorated, and the breakfast is fabulous. The B&B is located in a quiet neighbourhood of Quebec. There are some good restaurants close by, and it's a 10 minute drive to the Old Town. Next time I'm in town I will definitely stay here again.
I can honestly say that there was nothing I didn't like.
Charming proprietors made us very much at home. A great deal of their attention has gone into all the small details, and the cat decor was so much fun! Breakfasts were terrific!
Owners made all the difference. Friendly, welcoming and helping. Big bonus if you like cats!
the owners, very kind. the breakfast was super. clean nice room.
far from downtown. room a little bit small if you have big luggages.
We liked everything ! - starting with the very convenient location with good parking even for our large car. The room setup is welcoming and efficient. There was hot water for tea ( plentiful selection ) and coffee for self serve available at all times as well as a private fridge. Towels were plentiful and of good quality , bed comfortable . But all this was topped by the hosts sincere desire to please their guests. Fresh herbs from the garden for our omelettes , best quality Maple Sirup for the pancakes, homemade jams .... all to be enjoyed with beautiful table settings. This is definitely the place to stay for our future visits to Quebec City.
There was nothing to dislike
Very friendly and helpful owners Easy to get to old city by car or bus Good breakfasts with lots of coffee Very, very clean
Room was a bit small but adequate for us
Comfortable bed and separate mattress on the floor for my dad and I. Breakfast was delicious and loved the ensuite bathroom.
Beautiful, clean place, reminded me of Aix-en-Provence. Very comfortable, great design. Hosts tried their best to converse in English. Perfect location if using a car. The breakfast they cook is very delicious. I wanted to eat more and more. Thank you, Mr. and Mrs. Tessier.
Very nice friendly and helpful hosts. Excellent breakfast cuisine.
A bit far out of town but once you find your way around the bus system is actually fine.
Handy to transport, nice communal area, fridge, coffee, microwave, spotlessly clean. Great breakfasts
It was very comfortable and the breakfast was wonderful. The couple who ran it was very accommodating and friendly.
There was nothing that we didn't like about it.
The family is very kind and makes all comfortable for the guests. Especially is breakfast is great! You live in a very nice neighbarhood, the bus to the city is coming every 10 minutes. Our room was rather small, but convenient.
close to amenities, bed and place were comfortable
Everything! I felt like I had been in a French Provincial region. The breakfast was spectacular and served with SUCH panache!
We appreciated the location, cleanliness, and the delicious breakfast.
Clean, very nice hosts, great and fresh breakfast, nice decoration (especially if you like cats), free parking easily on the road
We particularly enjoyed the fact that, not only were the rooms clean and neat, but there was a small sitting room available to the guests providing comfortable seating for an evening get-together before bedtime. Also there was a small area with a fridge and microwave along with a pot of fresh coffee and a variety of tisanes available to the guests. The breakfast provided was excellent and the company of the hosts was most enjoyable.
I found nothing to dislike about La Bedondaine
