Travelled here on a trip with just the girls and it was in the perfect location for shopping. You can walk everywhere from here! The hallways were dark and a bit dingy - we were nervous about what our room would look like based on the halls. We were relieved when the room was exactly like the photos.

Location.. Price.. Style .. Some staff... Was treated rudely for calling front desk after hours to ask them to enable the movies on the TV in my room. Also.. The food... Kabobs were extremely dry. Inedible

Nicely redecorated rooms. Friendly staff - dropped my cash card in the hall and it was returned with a smile in 10 minutes! Poor WiFi, could not load iPad on their $9.00 per day internet! Cell phone worked fine for up/downloading.

Location Paying for Wi-Fi - this is so 20th Century. Even supermarkets offer free wi-fi today. Performance of the lifts. During our stay one was always out of service and the other two were very slow.

The entire staff was excellent. Professional and very courteous. The concierge gave marvelous recommendations for places to have dinner, and was extremely helpful to our group. She was very well informed No problems during our stay,

Location is very good close to shopping mall , sight seeing buses , restaurant, theatre , under ground train , etc. The room is bright and clean , comfortable bed and pillows. The toilet door is sliding type and is quite noisy when opening or closing the door in the middle of the night . It will be nicer if a kettle is provided instead of a coffee maker.

Staff were amazing, hotel was clean. Great place if you are just in need of a really nice room to sleep and relax in. Room wasn't the biggest I have ever been in but made up for it with its interesting design and coziness. No bathtub in the room, aside from that everything was great!

it was convenient to everything central. I went for medical services so it was within a couple of block of St. Michaels I didn't like the fact that they couldn't give me a reduced rate for being a patient of St. Michaels because I booked through your website. the result was an additional cost of $50. per nite times 4 nites. The beds leave a lot to be desired. the floors were dirty, the desk staff were rude

Excellent location lots of shelves in bathroom uncomfortable pillows the minimalist dorm/hostel/IKEA feel was perfectly fine, but felt out of proportion to the price.

Loved the modern design, high end fixtures and boutique hotel feel. The restaurant does not match the look and feel of the hotel at all. I would recommend a renovation as soon as possible.
