It is close to most of the amenities required for senior citizen couples such as closeness to city shopping without any taxi hassle , close to favourable restaurants , close to St. Michaels Hospital for appointments , convenient underground parking under the Franks building , friendly desk staff , friendly parking staff, convenient bus connection to the airport,etc... I have stayed at the Bond Place many times over the years...........I Miss the dining room as we sometimes arrive early in the evening from our long road trip , and then must go outside the Hotel for a snack. This does not take away the convenience that we find in staying there.

Location, excellent helpful and knowledgeable staff Room was small, but adequate and very clean. Parking arrangements were also very satisfactory. I would not recommend the buffet breakfast-little choice and not good value for money.

It was perfect for our weekend get away. Close walking distance to everything etc. restaraunts, shopping, markets, entertainment. We often had to wait for an elevator because there were too many people and the option of the stairs was a little strange as you had to go down stairs to then go up

Location. Airport Express bus stops right in front of this hotel. Shopping mall with huge food court is really close. Very convenient, perfect for a short city trip and shopping. Fixed shower head. Neighborhood gets a bit shady starting from this hotel's area...but just a little.

The beds are comfortable and it is in good location. The service is not bad either. I booked for one room with queen or king bed, but when I arrived and tried to check in I was told that my room was sold and that there was no one room with king or queen size bed available at time. I could not believe that at first for the reason that once you pay for room it is yours for it was non refundable, but the conciere surprise me again by saying "give ma a minut and I will find something for you." It was almost midnight and I did not know what to say or to do. I had to wait more than 20 minuts to get a room with two beds and I feel bad. There was no appology and any way of conforting you. I do not think it is fair. But I am not judging the hotel by this once insident. Thank you

Nice hotel, the location is perfect for a city break. We have had young and noisy neighboor, we could hear the music in their room when they were partying on Saturday night. But this is not the hotel fault, if you have quiet neighboor this is not a problem.

Loved the place once Joyce moved us to a quiet room. I specifically requested a quiet room when I booked months ago. When we arrived they said the hotel was full and they could not put us in any other room than one that was on the second floor on a very very busy and noisy street. People screaming on the street through the night. The next morning I asked to change rooms and again was told that there were none available. It was only after I noted that there were about 10 people waiting to check in that I was told it might be possible but I had to come back in an hour. When we returned in an hour we were finally helped by a wonderful employee, Joyce, who made the rest of our stay lovely.

We loved our stay there. The location was terrific. My husband was on crutches and everything we wanted to do was so close by. The price was right and we would definitely stay there again.

The location, cleanliness, tariff and friendly staff, Air conditioning unit situated on the floor tends to flow cold air onto the bed. It would be more comfortable if the bed and/or the unit were re-configured to avoid this problem.

Bond Place was very conveniently located, close to public transportation, tourist sites, good places to eat, and in an interesting place to just walik around. I would definitely stay was again. In addition, it was clean, nicely furnished, and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I suppose that inclusion of a continental breakfast would have been nice. But the hotel is so well located that we did very well without that convenience.

The location was good, the hotel was newly redecorated. No proper breakfast room and no lobby bar. Due to the renovation (?)the room apparently was not quite finished. In the bathroom there were no towel racks, no hooks or anything to hang up anything. In the room there was very little storage space; we are used to unpack once we arrive. No we had to keep most of the stuff in the suitcases...wey inconvenient! Suitable for backpacking? And this was the delux room...
