It is close to most of the amenities required for senior citizen couples such as closeness to city shopping without any taxi hassle , close to favourable restaurants , close to St. Michaels Hospital for appointments , convenient underground parking under the Franks building , friendly desk staff , friendly parking staff,convenient bus connection to the airport,etc... I have stayed at the Bond Place many times over the years...........I Miss the dining room as we sometimes arrive early in the evening from our long road trip , and then must go outside the Hotel for a snack. This does not take away the convenience that we find in staying there.

Clean and nicely decorated room. Staff very friendly and very helpful. Good price and very near our destination (hospital). Would have liked a restaurant on site for breakfast or complimentary continental breakfast.

Location: steps from Yonge Street & city center. Very modern recent updating. Clean lines to room design, eg. Wooden rather than carpeted floors Comfortable beds, good shower & stylish bathroom basin. Excellent efficient handling of check-in & checkout. Smallish bath towels, only one hand towel & no wash cloth.

location, and the girl nearest the door who was very helpful i think the size of the beds in the twin rooms is a joke. very narrow and short. im 6 feet 2, not that tall but my feet stuck out the end. i laso hate the fact the toilet doors do not close tight giving little privacy. i think the cost of hotels is a rip off too, for 3 nights stay you could rent an apartment. its exploitation as far as im concerened

It's a very clean hotel. We got upgraded to a deluxe room. However, the room was beside the vending room and the walls didn't offer much resistance to the noise coming from both the ice and drinks machine. As a result we didn't manage to get much sleep. To add to this there was a big gap at the bottom of the main door which let every noise though. The maintenance guy drilling outside or near our room at 10am topped off the stay. Will never book there again.

Cool designed rooms. Right near Ryerson We got a room beside the elevator, the walls are paper thin. So make sure to stay away from the elevator. We paid for a queen sized bed but only got a double.

Excellent ! I would definitely book there again upon my next trip to Toronto and I would certainly recommend it to my friends as a place to stay when travelling to Toronto. I also appreciated the convenience of the Airpoort Express Shuttle Bus service and the Breakast as part of the room price--two great conveniences combined with a great room and friendly, curteous service from the front lobby people --- made it a great trip - it won't be my last time staying at-- The Bond ! Thanks ! Paul Quigley NO Complaints what so ever !!!!!!!
