Bond Place Hotel    

Loved the modern design, high end fixtures and boutique hotel feel.

The restaurant does not match the look and feel of the hotel at all. I would recommend a renovation as soon as possible.

Proximity to City Center

Paper cups for coffee in rooms. Powder "whitener" instead of milk or cream.

Bathroom is really not clean internet service is really really bad as i ended up buying a sim with a plan no breakfast some staff are realllllly NOT friendly two elevators was broken and we waited for last one

Not so great sound proofing. Noise from street and corridor can easily be heard.

Great location, near restaurants and shops. Comfortable beds. Very nice staff

Noisy, as well in the hallway as outside of the hotel. Bathroom door was a sliding door, but made a lot of noise during the night.

The location is excellent seconds away from Dundas Square and Eatons centre and subway. No hassles checking in and out and complete privacy. Better than what you would expect at the price.

The location and the comfort of the room were amazing. The staff were also friendly and accommodating. It was worth the money to stay there.

There could have been one more garbage bucket outside of the bathroom. It would have been great if we were able to close or secure the bathroom door.

The hotel is located in the best part of the city, so close to everything!!

The room is very small. The front desk has people who speak English very badly and sometimes (specially at night) they are in bad mood and they don't explain very well. For example, to understand how to use Internet, another customer helped the front desk employee to explain properly.

Its convenience to the subway and downtown

I was awakened at 3 am by some loud group outside the hotel.

The fact that the hotel was in the heart of the city, making it easy to get around either by walking or using the transport. The room was clean and the bed linen and towels were changed every day. The maid who looked after our room was very friendly and asked us if everything was all right with the room. This was our second stay at this hotel. The first was for a week, this stay was for two weeks.

The fact that the reception staff did not seem very friendly. They did not acknowledge you when you left or returned to the hotel.

The close proximity to downtown Toronto- very close to the Eaton centre, and to the subway system.

The hotel is reasonably priced and the rooms are in good condition.

The lobby doesn't do the hotel justice. The rooms with the twin beds could have slightly bigger beds- e.g. King Single

We stayed in two rooms for two nights. The accommodations and staff were outstanding. The rooms were clean and quiet and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed breakfast at their cafe each morning. 4-star accommodations at a budget friendly price. They have a great downtown location convenient to shopping, subway, and bus service.

love the location most perfect spot ever and the hotel is overall very nice and the staff is great.

the rooms are small and the beds are comfy but could be nicer. and the washroom doors were not a good choice. but overall great hotel been there twice and will go again!

You need to make clients aware that there is a discount offered at the restaurant at time of check-in. I also didn't pay for parking the first time I stayed at bond place and now you do

Perfect place for dining and shopping in Toronto, close to CityLine studio (we had tickets to attend a taping). Bond Place was only 2 buildings away from studio. Staff was extremely friendly and so very helpful. We definitely go back again.

Rooms were small albiet modern and clean. Heater blew on closest bed all night. No place to park when you check in. Sliding door on the bathroom, could hear every noise.
