very comfortable bed direct downtown location, cn tower and waterfront can be reached on foot airport shuttle bus
standard room a bit small dirty towels, black hair sometimes stressed staff
Great location, helpful staff, room well equipped.
The wifi is not free
I enjoyed my stay completely with the exception of the sliding door in the bathroom. Quite noisy during the night. Everything else was wonderful.
Good value for money, great location, did a good job on renovation in 2011.
No safe in room, room was quite small.
Wi fi too expensive.
Down town Toronto location, clean and simple hotel.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Fast check in and check out. They even stored our bikes for the night. Although the standard room was a little small it was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom also small, but also very adequate. Would stay again
Rooms were a little small
comfortable beds good value
sliding washroom door
so close to the subway, the Eaton Centre and Dundas Square which has fabulous entertainment.
Donna organised our stay and the staff so friendly and very helpful. The location was amazing
The customer rep. Was not nice he refuse to change the price of a three bed to a one bed rate. I did not like the parking . We have to lug the luggage up three level of stairs cause the elevator was not working . And lastly the AC was not working
We loved the location as it is near the 1st 'Hop-on'Hop-off bus' and Dundas Square. Lots of free activities there. Also close to the main bus depot. The rooms were clean and fresh and the attached small eatery allowed us to have cornflakes for brekkie.
loved the staff
Good location to mall, restaurants, subway
No pool but we knew that.
Great downtown location, easy access to the subway and streetcars. Walking distance to most downtown sites.
Difficulty in booking the room with a Visa debit card. I use it all over the world and it's the first time I have had issues. Very good of the staff to understand the problem and continue to hold the booking for me. Also, as much as I love the location, there is an issue with transients especially on weekends.
The bed was very comfortable, the hot water was plentiful, the location provided easy access to the subway, tour buses and Eaton Center. The staff were very accommodating with all our requests.
The room was smaller than the average hotel room, but very efficiently designed.
The cleanliness and quietness of the room, even on the third floor.
The absence of flexibility for check-out time, mainly for guests who have to depart on late night flights. Waiting around for eight hours is stressful on senior citizens.
Chambermaids are very accommodating and respectful specially Rosa. Front desk Daniel and kitchen staff like Luis are very friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean and all spaces are well utilized. Love to come back again ;-)
The parking was a bit awkward with the elevator out of service and paying for wi-fi - well that was not expected.
Breakfast...at the cafe place at Bond Place Hotel,,, really excellent Location was close to everything They do hold your luggage until end of day.. Friendly Staff
I didn't like that homeless people hang infront of the hotel, as a matter of fact one delibarately bumped into my back. On a busy weekend like Carribana the hotel run out of towels. I called three times for fresh towels and when I finally recieved the towels they smelled like mold, couldn't use them. At the end of my stay I complained, the supervisor thought she would reimburse me the phone calls I made from the room .73cents per call, I made $2.00 worth of phone calls..and some change. I smiled and thought really $2.00, so for my inconvenience of being late to my events for not showering on time because of no clean towels,, I made $2.00,, Yeppie Yeah Bond Place Hotel? Anyway hotel was too pricey, for the lack of amenities.. Hopefully, they make some changes
The hotel was modern, secure and efficient with a subway stop near by, and not far in terms of walking distance to other tourist destinations within the city
The hotel is located in what I would term the Times Square of Toronto which can be lively but also attracts certain elements. We survived.
check in was horrible you had to pay $250 damage deposit had to wear bracelettes for enterance into hotel.
