The modern look
The down payment is ridiculous
- Hair all over the beds and pillows - NOTHING like the pictures - made us pay double the rate for the same room for an extra night - spoke to one manager one day, the second day the other manager on duty had no idea what the first had promised me. Even though the location is great, id never sleep there again. We had 4 rooms booked for 3 nights and still recieved the absolute WORST customer service of all my years of travelling.
To pay for WiFi
location, friendly helpful staff, clean but very small room, food in restaurant good
we had an appointment at St Mike's that had been canceled once before by the hospital. If they had cancelled again we would have been stuck with the cost of the room due their no refund policy. cost of room was expensive!!
Unfortunately we found numerous homeless and drug addicts in this area.
Only one vending machine for snacks in the whole building and it did not work. Room was very small for the price paid. No movies available just regular TV
The "no nonsense" approach of the check in staff. The close and safe parking. The excellent location.
The size of the bedroom, it was actually the smallest we ever stayed in.
Liked that it was very close to the subway.
Didn't like paying $10/day for internet. Should have checked - will next time.
Colours were nice, bathroom was nice. I enjoyed myself.
I had free wifi in my package and I did not receive it. The room was very small and I only had a double sized bed where I was supposed to have a Queen sized bed.
noisy at night
We walked to all the sights - The C.N. Tower, Kensington Market, Ripley's Aquarium, City Hall, The Ontario Art Gallery, and the Ontario Museum.
When we were left for the airport we offered to share our cab with another guest. At the airport the driver tried to charge us each the flat airport rate! The Brazilian tourist would have paid if we hadn't "had words" with the driver! This wasn't the hotel's fault at all - although they called the cab.
The friendliness of three staff The set up for the family Room the cleanliness
The flooring in the bedroom c reeked when walking on it, THE SLIDING door to the bathroom was heavy and noisy
Location is excellent.
Very expensive for the room size and service. Very noisy air conditioning/heating and directed straight to the beds. You wake up at 3am with the noise and the cokd air on your face. Not very nice..
Location, very clean
The heater, air conditioner was blowing right on the bed beside it
located next to Dundas Square comfy beds fridge in room friendly, helpful staff
dirty window, big cobwebs and flies
decoration of room, location
Elevators break down a lot Bed very hard and uncomfortable The receptionists were mostly are except 1 male receptionist, very poorly trained, rude, arrogant, ignorant. Do not ask for directions and info on public transport, you'll get lost.
The location of the hotel was excellent! It was centrally located to everything my friend and I wanted to do! It was great having so many restaurants nearby!
The only thing we didn't like was that there was no free wifi included with our twin room. Since we were not from Canada, we were not able to use our phone data or call home to relatives because it was expensive. It would've been nice to be able to send emails home to family from our room without having to go to Tim Horton's to use their free wifi everyday.
Shower: No suitable grab bar. I am over 90 years of age and, like most seniors, very weak on slippery shower wet floors. Suggest grab bars be installed for safety purposes. A. Cassidy from Ottawa
The front desk staff were all really, really nice, friendly and helpful. They made me feel comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to young people who want to have fun and explore.
Rooms are very small, beds look lumpy and messy but fairly comfortable. Air conditioner is extremely noisy and needs to run continuously to keep the room at a comfortable temperature. I was on the 15th floor but could still hear the talking and noise from the street. The noise and activity never stops. Great for people on vacation not business travel.
Staff very helpful Location very good Close to good eateries
Worn bedding TV not functioning correctly No safe in the room
The room was small
Very good stay, modern room, and pleasant staff. Thanks a lot to Zia at the reception for all services!
A little bit expensive for room and breakfast
location; that is why we have gone back previously
We have used this hotel in the past but this trip was total bomb.
Up dated room, but very small. Great location .
Pricey, small room
