Very helpful staff, within walking distance of arena and downtown Victoria. Not a great area anymore, especially at night.

Close to water and to conference I was attending. Lacking any real amenities: it was a place to sleep.

We were travelling with my sister and her husband and they had booked us on 2 different floors. We wanted to be on the same floor perferably next door. The desk clerk checked the bookings and was able to put us next to each other in a suite for the same price as our original bookings. All the other staff were equally accomodating. We didn't realize we would be in downtown Victoria and when we arrived and found no parking we were a little dismayed. However as soon as we checked in they explained their policy and it worked out fine. We didn't know where our car was, but whenever we wanted it, they had it there in a hurry and at no cost.

The location was very handy for the purpose of the trip. It's close to a variety of restraunts all within walking distance. You don't need to cab anywhere, everything is walking distance. First night my room was on the street side and found the road noise quite irritating. I think this would be typical for most downtown locations. The sound seemed to come through the air conditioning unit. Talked to the staff at the front desk, they moved me with no hassle. Moved to the ally side the next day and the noise was not an issue

Het hotel is een prima hotel. Niet heel bijzonder, maar gewoon prima. De kamers waren oke. Beetje donker. Het hotel is gelegen aan de noordkant van het centrum, winkelgebied is op loopafstand. Ze hebben een gratis valet service (zij parkeren je auto voor je, het duurt 10 minuten om deze weer op te halen).

“We very much appreciated the ample free parking. A very good breakfast was served in the attractive lounge area and included home-made muffins. Our ground floor room had a small garden terrace and was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was quiet and a 5 minute stroll to the centre of Victoria.” Susan, Tsur Moshe |
