Stones Throw restaurant was great!!! Excellent location for downtown Victoria. Would definitely stay here again.

Prefer individual shampoos, lotions. There was not any body lotion.

Small room, no microwave, received no aarp discount, Paid 30 $ more with you, but direct call to hotel had said no vacancy and meeting friend at that hotel.

Noise from a nightclub below the hotel was very annoying and kept me awake.

I appreciated the way the staff accommodated our needs. They held our baggage and car so my daughter and I could enjoy wandering around Victoria's downtown while waiting for our return flight home. They were very friendly and pleasant.

Centrally located in downtown Victoria. It was within walking distance to movies,restaurants and shops.

The Parking complex was not within the hotel, which wasn't an issue when we rented a car, the bellmen were able to retrieve our car in a timely fashion. We did arrive on a motorcycle and that entailed going over to the parking complex with an employee from the hotel to access the parade.

The location is good. Walking distance to the inner harbour, museum etc. Staff friendly and helpful. Beds comfortable and room was very clean. Next time we are in Victoria we will stay there again.

Room was on the tiny side, however hotel is older so that is to be expected. Hallways and rooms do have a bit of a musty odour.

Good location in core near harbor, everything in walking distance, knowledgable desk staff. Would also like to say we originally reserved Marketa's B&B for 2 nights, but Marketa forgot we were coming. We showed up, house was locked, she didn't answer house phone nor cell. We confirmed with Booking.com that she acknowledged our reservation 12 days earlier, she just spaced it. Kudos to Monet' at Booking.com to arranged Best Western Carlton and to Best Western's desk man, Nick, to upgrade us to a suite for our extremely long day thanks to Marketa's oversight.

Valet parking at $12/day required, car always returned with radio on (Given to them radio off), temperature controls changed, driver's seat position changed...not professional at all and we were very surprised - if I have no other option than off-site valet parking and have to pay for it, I want the car exactly as I turned it over to them instead of spending time rearranging mirrors, seats, temperature, radio, etc...

Could not close the curtains all of the way over the window. Sun comes up really early and shines into room at 5am.

The location is excellent and the room is comfortable. We especially appreciated the bed and quality bedding. The bathroom is very nicely laid out and roomy.

The hotel was full because it was a holiday weekend. This seemed to strain the cleaning staff and our room was not cleaned until after 4 pm one day.

they are pet friendly and the downtown location is good, Think business travel hotel with good staff. ---very good staff and super clean.

Great location, easy stroll to restaurants, shops and sightseeing around town.

We were traveling as a family of six and had difficulty booking rooms to accommodate us. This suite was a wonderful surprise! We fit with room to spare. It was well stocked,clean,comfortable , and an easy walk to everywhere. The street is quaint with lots of fun shops. We arrived late and found the area very safe. The staff were exceptional. We have stayed in many hotels but this is one of my favorites!

I needed to be in a place I used to live; wanted it central and didn't care that it hadn't view etc. It a fine and easy location which my family and I have used in the past.

We waited too long (25-30 minutes) for valet parking on the day we checked out.

Cleanliness of the room and the rest of the hotel. Very comfortable beds. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Parking was too far away.

Didn't like to have to wait to get our car. Although it did not affect us because we visited near the hotel, it would have been an issue if we want to venture out further.
