Best Western lacks the Comfort Inn in many areas - On the weekends they host bus loads of guests, they are unable to control them, and they do not separate them from other guests; We were frequently disturbed by screaming children and even a barking dog. During these times, the wifi is nearly unusable. The interior room lighting is poor; the work chair doesn't slide under the desk.
If you are a frequent guest, don't expect any different treatment by the front desk who friendly but the interaction is minimal at best.
Best Western does better than the Comfort Inn across the street in only a few areas - They have Keurig machine that include 4 pods coffee/decaf/tea/cocoa; larger sofa bed and coffee table; very good included breakfast with better variety of coffee/teas, eggs, sausage, waffles, cereals, yogurt, toast, fruit.
