Serious need of revamp! A/c unit was so noisy iit keept us awake all nigh. Cleanliness is below standard! General Cleanliness is very poor! Large stains on carpets in hallways, found hair on floor in our bathroom, carpets, bedding etc... below standard. Would not use the swimming pool if you paid me to, for the dirt! No comparison to the Macies Best Western we stayed at in Ottawa! |

The location was perfect and the lobby and front desk were very welcoming. The room was well appointed, comfortable and quiet, everything worked. The bed was the best. |

Pulizia. Camere grandi. Colazione a buffet. Parcheggio gratuito. Postazione internet. L'accesso alle camere può essere effettuato anche dal cortile senza passare dalla reception. Ciò non è garanzia di sicurezza, stante anche il fatto che dopo le ore 22.00 l'ingresso dalla reception è chiuso a chiave. L'accesso al piano superiore avviene per mezzo di una stretta scala (no ascensore). |

Déjeuner continental très bien. Il y avait beaucoup de choix. La piscine (et l'aire) est entretenu au minimum. Aucune odeur de chlore n'était perceptible. L'eau n'était pas très claire. On pouvait observer des traces d'algues sur le plancher autour de la piscine. Il y avait des fêtards très bruyants qui consommait de l'alcool à l'entré principale du motel à 03h30 du matin le samedi. L'Hotel n'a pas été en mesure de faire respecter le silence, et ce, malgré les plaintes. La nuit a été horrible. |

Nada fue placentero en ese hotel, solo dormimos una mala noche, y al otro dia nos fuimos al Quality and Suites inn. Si el servicio a la habitacion fue malo. El toilet no funcionaba, a las 3 am la alarma contraincendios sono sin razon, en la mañana temprano no hubo agua para banarse, no hubo excusas ni disculpas por parte del hotel, perdimos el tour a Quebec City. |

Económico Instalaciones obsoletas. El lugar para desayunar muy pequeño, con la consiguiente saturación: deben organizar el desayuno de otro modo o en otro espacio. |
