Awesome location. Very.cozy
Was informed there was a kitchen..so we bought groceries. Turned out there was a microwave. There was a full kitchen. But not for guest use. There is a fridge and a microwave and coffeemaker and stuff. Stove use would have been nice though !
Like staying at home, very comfy
Bed a bit lumpy, big pillows, we like them smaller
Breakfast had a few unfresh items.
I liked how close we were to downtown yet it was slightly off the beaten path. It was quiet and secluded which was nice. The staff were also very friendly!
The deluxe king suite was awesome. Very cozy with a separate sitting area and a table, chairs and fridge. The staff were very accommodating. The suite was in a separate building so it very private. We will definitely stay again!
The breakfast could have been a little better. Small amount of fruit and yogurt or cereal and toast.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Comfortable, clean, great location and wonderful staff.
We were visiting family @ Middle Springs Road and we had a car so location was just fine. Your staff [esp,Nina] were so helpful and accommodating. Delicious breakfast. Thanks
Tight parking but we managed ok.
- the king room in the main bldg was magnificent - the accommodations had character - the staff were very friendly & courteous - we were immediately made to feel right at home - we would definitely stay there again
- the walls within the B&B are not very sound proof - the parking is a little tight but understandable considering the dynamics of the community
The young women who greeted at th door and helped us park , helped with our luggage and introduced us to the facility was excellent in making us welcome and the hi lite of our stay. She was originally from Quebec with that Quebecquois warm personality
parking a little tight but not a major concern
Staff were sensational, helping with a last minute change, ensuring comfort warm, and a relaxing stay! I will be back for sure!
The ample space, Free upgrade offer
The breakfast was sufficient and varied but only one hot offering, scrambled eggs...still, good.
The location is right close to town, A short walk and you are right downtown. Very quiet.
Nice character house
Parking was tight for a truck
The room was probably the smallest at the Inn. Other rooms had pictures for all other rooms, but picture of this room was not even on the website. Not impressed.
The Banff boutique inn was fantastic. Our room was cosy and comfortable. We had our own wee entrance and bathroom, sort of like a mini apartment. The staff were very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The kitchen facilities were an added bonus. Although they try to encourage you not to cook, they do allow you the use of the microwave, kettle and toaster which we found very handy. The breakfasts were amazing! And the staff catered to everyone's needs. Don't have a bad thing to say about this place. Would recommend it highly!
Being able to use kitchen space. The 10% off deals at certain business'. Our host Nina was very welcoming and friendly. The inn is beautiful and I like that it's not right in the center of town, making it a nice quite place at night but still close enough to walk.
Size of room. If we sat on the end of the bed at the same time our weight caused the whole bed to be lifted up from the frame. There should be music on during breakfast, felt a little too quite and awkward.
good living environment. Seems like a house of resident, it is good for long time living. The breakfast is western breakfast, not perfect for Chinese people like me. I like the King room setting, wonderful!!
the king room is too big, so the whole room is not as warm as the washing room inside of the King room
Clean place and serves healthy breakfast
Location narrow and steep
I felt like I had gone to visit my aunt! From the entrance where we were welcomed by staff to our large room where it felt like a bedroom rather than a hotel room. The common areas made me feel like being at home. I will stay nowhere else in Banff in the future. I felt completely and totally at home.
Perfect location, just over the bridge from down town and close to lots of trails. Breakfast was incredible with lots of local produce. Room was large and comfortable. Great value for money would stay there again!!
It was elk mating season so they kept us awake in the night, but it was quite funny!
location, friendliness, quiet, pleasant and friendly people both staff and guests. Pricing
Charming building, charming staff
Room was compact - but otherwise very good
Everything was relaxed and comfortable. The staff were excellent and welcoming. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. If you are looking to get a real feel for Banff, rather than a traditional hotel, I recommend you stay here. It's like coming home, only better.
Good location, clean, comfortable, nice living area, access to kitchen, good breakfast included
Parking, room and shower were tight but adequate
