The facility was clean and inviting. The underground parking is a plus and availability of the ski lockers in the parkade was very convenient.

Our room was right next to the elevators so we could hear people talking in the hallways at all hours of the night.

We loved the spa room with the large hot tub, steam room and showers. The large wood burning fireplace was a nice spot to sit and relax. The room was very comfortable. Having the Keg there in the hotel was very convenient.

The water in the bathtub was very slow to drain. It was probably just plugged and we informed the front desk.

The fresh burning cedar in the lobby created an ambiance. The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. The spa was relaxing, perhaps a little over priced. Overall, our stay was very pleasant, the staff was amazing and kind. The little added touch of including where they were from on their name tags was nice. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were a fair size and clean.

The vending machines were very expensive and the pop machine was empty of water everytime we used it. Probably, b/c they lacked water fountains in easy to locate places. The options for quick easy to go meals was select. The location was a little far from the heart of downtown.

We enjoyed the keg the food was the best ! the table for 2 was not enjoyable! people wakling back and forth to close to the table almost felt like sitting on a loaded bus! but the food was wonderful! staff were very nice.

It was clean and comfortable. The decor is very fitting for banff. A great restaurant within the hotel.

The wood fireplace gives the entire hotel a warm cottage feel/smell. The spa was excellent.

Check in seemed to take a long time, after travelling a while, this is the last thing you need

Was upgraded to a suite upon arrival free of charge, very excellent staff, and very convenient room service from the keg!

The staff were very friendly, thought the room was beautiful

we had a loft suite and it was spotless when we arrived. The view was spectacular. the staff were very friendly and willing to do anything to accomodate the customer. The decor was great , and the atmosphere was very warm and comfortable. we will be back for sure. thank-you.

Comfy beds and awesome pillows.

I wish it was a bit closer to downtown, but the walk was good for us.
