Great location.

Hotel looks tiered and needs some attention, especially the carpets in the main entrance near he elevators. Elevators were not functioning at times.

The staff were nice and friendly.

Location, Ricky's Rest in hotel.

No air condition in any of the rooms.,Was told by Shae that I would have a premium room at the back of the hotel but did not get one. Stayed in a room facing the main street in Banff. Very noisy and busy. No cleaning was done nor towels and coffee replacement the second day. We had to go down to get our own.

Central location - excellent for shopping, dining and scenery.

The coffee maker is dirty, and not in good condition. No fan inside the washroom.

the beds were fabulously comfortable, and the restaurant staff and food were great, esp when I had a special request.

We liked the location and the amenities it offered. Although it did not provide free breakfast, Ricky's was a very good option right in the hotel. The front desk staff was friendly. Although the hotel felt a bit like a maze, it did eliminate a lot of hallway noise we would have otherwise encountered.

Lack of lighting is always a frustration in hotel rooms. My biggest beef was that the housekeeping in our room was very sloppy. A layer of dust on the desk lamp, bed just barely made and floors were not vacuumed during our 4 night stay. Having said that, the main part of the hotel looked clean.

Staff was very friendly,rooms were clean, beds were very comfy,food was great and reasonably priced, under ground parking was great.I ski a lot in banff so i have stayed at a lot of different hotels in banff, the international hotel for the price is the best i have found. Thanks

Good size room. Clean and fresh linen. Helpful staff. Great location.

Internet was atrocious. Mostly unusable during busy hours of day. I know it was free but most hotels now offer free Internet and so it needs to be usable. We ended up having to go to Starbucks to use the web.

Toilet roll holder in very akward place! Hit my elbow everytime I needed to take some toilet paper.
