They have bikes for rent at $5 per hour. Some amazing bike trails very close to the hotel.

The room was great with awesome mountain view from the patio. Great value for money comes with hot buffet breakfast even though not too much variety. Great location, not too far from down town. Courteous staff at the buffet restaurant. The lady at the counter did explain what they offer for breakfast.

Had asked for higher floor when booked with booking.com. Checked in around 10++pm and the guest service agent did not offer 3rd which is the highest floor after I had asked again at front desk. He did explain the hotel facilities and did say the hotel was not really full but then he said the hotel was pretty much full when asked for 3rd floor. Not too big deal I guess after all we enjoyed awesome view from the patio. Hall way was rather chilly and cold. Hot buffet b/fast included in the room rate which was great. It would be nice if they label name of food served at the hot stations. Not many basic room amenities offered in the room i.e., no shower cap, no cotton buds. There was a decent size jacuzzi in the room but no foam bath. Oh! There was a used hair shampoo, belongs to the hotel, left in the room. Nicely placed in the bathroom with the rest of basic amenities...probably left behind by mistake?

Railway noise(sirens)--but not hotel's fault Free wifi not enough power therefore useless (room 122) Restaurant unusable due noisy kids excursion evening of arrival Room status changed after booking (internet)--though not critical this time Error made with room over-charge on day of departure--had to request review & correction

they did give us a different room after the first night.

rowdy guests kept us up all night. partying guests making noise from 1 am until about 4 am. couldn't get ahold of front desk until after 3am. no discount for our stay... they offered us a free meal the next night, but we had other plans.

The beds were made in a poor way. Sheets were not put on in a professional manner and my wife was very unhappy.

Pet friendly. A dog bed and treats for our dog. Great breakfast. Quiet room. Comfortable bed.

Room was small. View of parking lot. ...But we did have a dog and I did request a quiet room. So we were very happy overall. Plus we had a discount and the price was excellent. Staff was exceptional

Free hot buffet breakfast was great. Location is awesome, 2 minute walk and you're downtown banff.

I loved the location! Close to everything. Staff were very helpful and very friendly. The inclusive breakfast was hot, fresh and excellent with a very good variety.

The mattresses were old, and instead of replacing them they covered them with a fluffy mattress pad, so while they were soft, you sunk into the middle. The hot tubs were not hot at all... one was luke-warm, the other was actually cold.

The free breakfast was great. The location was excellent.

Our room faced the lobbey so it was noisy on the Saturday night. Also it was quite warm in the room and with no outside window there was no ventilation.

Most everything especially underground parking. The value was very good for your dollar.

The room was much too hot and could not be regulated from the room. Fans were already in my room when I arrived so the problem was not a new one.

I was quoted $1094 (taxes included) on the phone. I was charged $1263. They said there was nothing they could do because it wasn't in writing and was done through a site like this.

Location excellant, friendly staff, beds comfortable & very good breakfast included.

Bathrooms were small & the two hot tubs were a little tired looking & needed a good cleaning.

This is second time we were at this hotel we liked the rooms and breakfast was very god .

We didn't like how the town handle snow removal ,since we had car accident near upper springs due to poor rode condition .The Room bus was sliding and hit us and 2 other car.That is only think we didn't like at Banff. We love Banff and hotel but next time we will come spring or summer for skiing we'll go somewhere were they send rods.

The room was too hot and no way of controlling the heat. Drunk teens running around the corridors banging and shouting and partying untill 4 in the am when quite time is supposed to be between 11 and 8. So we got no sleep.

Great location, only a block from downtown Banff. Clean, spacious rooms. Easy, flexible check-in and check-out. Good parking.

Put in a room on main floor, very noisy, no balcony but paid premium price, light from hallway shone in very bright through doors cracks. Will never stay on that floor again, if request cannot be fulfilled on the next trip, will look somewhere else to stay. Took a while to get coffee/juice at breakfast. Hot tub is small and a bit dirty compared to other hotels in Banff (ie The Fox, Delta, Irwin, etc.)

The restaurant was very good, and the breakfasts were great! The location was great for centre of town. The housekeeping staff were very friendly.

The whole hotel is tired and in need of upgrading. The carpets in the hallways need replacing as they are threadbare in places. The mattresses in the rooms were lumpy and very worn. The duvet cover on one of the beds was slashed. The Reception staff were not very friendly. The health spa was ok, although one of the hot tubs was only lukewarm, the sauna was not turned on and there was no facility to shower before entering the hot tubs and also the water fountains were empty - very important to have fresh water available when using hot tubs, saunas and steam rooms. There was a lot of noise at night from the apartments to the side of the hotel.

Staff was friendly, breakfast was excellent. Rooms were great, location was excellent.

We like a pool, rooms were a bit too warm
