Billing had some quirks atpayment time

Getting an free upgrade because the room had been double booked.

We got a newly renovated one bedroom unit. Was lovely, had a fireplace, dishwasher, pullout couch, large windows. Very bright, walking paths on property. Very quiet, had pool, hot tub, restaurant etc. a perfect place to relax.

Location, quiet.

Hidden costs. The price stated by Booking.com was not the price charged. We were charged an additional person surcharge for having 2 adults and 2 children.

We were upgraded to another suite on arrival and we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the fixtures, fittings and furniture in our suite. Every thing was immaculately clean and it provided everything that you could possibly need for a pleasant stay. It had tennis courts , basketball nets, a sauna, indoor pool and hot tub and also an outdoor hot tub. We found all staff members to be pleasant and helpful and customer service oriented and this makes for happy customers. Good job everyone. Would definitely recommend this resort to friends wishing to travel to Banff and we also liked that it is situated outside of the town - only a five minute drive.

Fantastic rooms, very quiet. They are kept very clean, and the staff are very friendly.

Would've preferred if I could walk into town, instead of shuttle. But that's no big issue. The shuttles are very reliable

Close to Banff, bike trails

Couch was very dirty and worn. Compared to the other furnishings in the condo-was out of place

The location is out of the town, and a taxi ride is $12, the free shuttle only runs until 11PM.as for the room itself, it is very bare bones, no pictures on the walls, no salt and pepper, enough coffee for one cup, more available for purchase at main office. The local budget hotels at least offer coffee and tea in rooms.This resort would do better if they offered some basic amenities for their guests.

We loved the setup of our room. We were in a junior suite and it was great. The view from our door was amazing. And we also loved how it wasn't in the heart of Banff, which made it quieter and more relaxing.

We were in room 905 and the door was really hard to latch. Also, no matter what we tried we couldn't get the fire place to work either.we had no other issues other wise

My kids love the pool and outdoor hot tub !!!

My remote wasn't working in my room which made it hard to relax in bed !

The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clearly renovated and clean, with extra towels available and enough hot water for everyone to take showers. The kitchen was well stocked, we could easily prepare own meals. TV sets were nice.

The eating area was very small - for two people only; we would have enjoyed having a room with a regular size table and four chairs instead of just two. Also, the foot traffic from the unit upstairs was very loud - especially at night. There was no padlock on the ski rack outside. The smoke detector located very close to the range went off repeatedly - it was a bit of a challenge to cook anything at higher setting.

We had a good sized suite, and the price was good. I liked that there were great ameneties such as pool, hot tubs, etc. staff seemed very friendly.

The whole place was rather run down. No flat screen. Very squeaky floors, so it was very noisy when upstairs people walked around.

The staff were very friendly and courteous. Excellent service, really ejoyed our stay.

Great location. Good value for the money. Cleanliness ok. Loved the wood fireplace. Good for families.

The hotel is just 5 min drive from downtown banff. The fireplace in the room is a nice touch. The rooms are spacious and clean.

Food, everything in room was broken

The location, size of units, fireplace and indoor/outdoor pool and spa were lovely. Beds were comfortable. Units nicely updated and modern. Full kitchen was well-equipped for meal prep. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Pull-out sofa bed mattresses were awful--old, thin and sagging. Unsleepable for an adult. We had to upgrade to a room with two real beds. Soundproofing was poor between units.

Let future travellers know you can rent skiis through the resort

The room was very comfortable enjoyed the gas fireplace very much the beds were very comfortable .

The side walk that led to our room had ice on it we felt it posed a danger as my wife has had shoulder surgery and was a little scared to walk to room . also at times very noisey in the morning room was close to linen closet and housekeepers noisy in the early morning

Lovely room with real fire, warm, comfortable & spacious. Good shower. Quiet area with fantastic scenery. Easy to find & very short drive into town. Would stay again.

Wifi in room needs sorting but can use in reception area.

Our room was beautiful! Brand new and very clean.

If i had to pick a negative it would be that the pillows were too high for our liking... Otherwise everything was fantastic!

We were very impressed by the updated room that we stayed in. Comfortable bed and pull out couch. We would definitely stay here again.
