I liked that it was outside town so it wasn't loud with partying during the night
The restaurant was very shabby and the restaurant staff was very unfriendly, didn't even greet us. It's very tiny and no where to sit for a nice meal. The restaurant over looks a racket ball court which is very unpleasant.
Wood burning Fireplace in the mids of -34 degrees outside was great. The feel of mountain cabin as wee were on the ground floor.
The bathroom sink did not drain well. The TV volume could not be adjusted.
The room was so comfortable and the setting so peaceful, it was perfect.
It snowed a ton while I was here and it would have been nice if the staff had cleared off the stairs to my second floor room.
It was a delightful place, away from the town site allowing us to see the elk so well. The bed was so comfortable.
Someone came right into our room with a key and just asked if we thought housekeeping did a good job, my kids were there alone but they are older I thought it was strange and I was a little ticked he just walked in.
Great deal to start with via booking.com, got even better upon arrival, with a room upgrade on the house!! Thanks much and keep up the good work.
free upgrade location good wifi free shuttle bus to and from town every hour
food in peppers bar was a bit poor but both restaurants were closed due to private parties
The staff were more than helpful and up graded our room just because they could at no extra charge . Wonderful
Front desk staff were friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed.
the suite was very comfortable and the tv was on a moveable arm so that we could see it from the bed and from the sofa; wi-fi was good connection; nice area for kids to draw or colour;
inside hot tub was out of order
staff was friendly, room was clean & bathroom was spacious
WIFI LOUNGE (almost nothing can drink in the bar)
The staff was nice. Spacious rooms.
The building is a little dated. One day they didn't clean the room. The WIFI had problems on one of the days. The hotel is far from town.
1. Condo layout and location. 2. Activities 3. Loved the pool & indoor & outdoor hot tub
1. Heated by steam ?radiator so very noisy when it was running. Sounded like a toilet running or water softener cycling throughout the night. 2. Wifi weak 3. Pull out terrible 4. Wood fireplace- wood not supplied & we didn't want to pay $7 for a little bundle of wood. Would have brought our own had we known but likely not allowed due to National park. So great idea to have wood fireplace but ?cash grab. Condo price high enough.
Kitchen was fairly large, and the fireplace was nice
I needed to use the sofa bed. It was the most uncomfortable sofa bed I had ever slept on. The Mattress was so thin that I could easily feel the springs. I am not a heavy person so there shouldn't have been a reason to feel it. I called back a couple of days after to mention the disappointment I had, since we were thinking of staying there again. All they said was to book a larger room next time. I expected an apology or perhaps something (discount) for the inconvenience, but nothing. So I decided stay elsewhere. I feel that comfort is very important, and they made it dissatisfactory.
We loved how pet-friendly it was, great places to walk the dog and not a hassle to bring him. We liked how our suite was like a little condo with a separate room for the bed vs living space. We never heard any of the other guests which is great.
We didn't like that the wood for the fireplace was not provided, we didn't want to go to the hassle to get wood, so we didn't use it.
This is a really nice place to stay if you want access the outdoor activities at Banff without having to contend with the crowds in the town center. The wolf condos were great for a family.
Wifi pretty slow.
- Big room
- Old mattress very uncomfortable - Old facilities with no maintenance - Apparel pool in poor condition - The entire hotel needs to be renovated
Love this location, it's just a few min drive from Banff town. Staff were very friendly, we had the junior suit. Room was very warm and clean!
WiFi was a bit weak. But everything else is good.
Location was very good clean room very friendly staff and we enjoyed our stay would go back
No Air but fan was used
The value for the price
Not being able to stay longer
Love the location away from banff core and pool facilities
Pull out bed was terrible
Friendly staff, big room, cozy chimney, very clean, local sourced soaps & coffee. Excellent hotel, we extended our stay 2 times.
Very slow WI-FI.
Staff were helpful and polite
The room was very noisy with terrible sound proofing. We couldn't get any sleep because we could hear everything our neighbours were doing from walking around to talking.
