House keeping was lazy (during my staying, it was a boy), but we saw a nice lady when we were checking out. I booked for 4 people but got only 2 peoples' stuff to use. He didn't collect the used bath towel/cup and give us new one to use ??? Is it the policy?? Also, the parking lot was water on the ground which made car not easy to park or people to walk through. |

the price the nice upgrade and the pool did not have a weight room pool needed to be hotter (it was much warmer sevral years back when i used to stay there!) |

stayed over night with my wife, son, daughter in law and grandchild. The stay was very comfortable and they had us in adjacent rooms which was nice. It was not as clean as we felt it should be... |

Een van de goedkoopste hotels in Banff. Voor Canada een slechte kwaliteits/prijsverhouding. Verouderd hotel met zeer minimaal ontbijt. Sinaasappelsap bestond voor 90% uit toegevoegd leidingwater. Kamerdeur sloot niet goed waardoor anderen op de kamer konden komen. Hotel om alleen te overnachten niet om in te verblijven. |

Prachtige omgeving, maar hotel is verouderd. Prijs is wel aantrekkelijk Ontbijt was matig, zonder brood of jus d'orange. Wel yoghurt en cerials. Ontbijtzaal erg ongezellig |
