shower was fine
The heating unit is way too loud to allow anyone to sleep. Television reception was terrible.
when I book they said shuttle to casino got there none no coffe pot no ice bucket had to go out to get a coffee in morning
The front desk gentleman was very nice. The room was clean but needed a paint job around the window. It looked like it was missed when they renovated. The bathroom was clean and up-to-date. All in all it was a lovely place to stay.
Price was moderate. Although their location did not have a view it was very convenient to the Bayside Restaurant.
Our booking.com reservation was not in their record...they had to go on line to find it/their fax had been down. Needed maintenance--bathtub faucet very loose/ door knob fell off when we were leaving in the morning.
POOR clean room holes in walls something removed not fixed no cups used soap bars holy wash cloths fixed windows garbage overflowing by the rooms Extremely poorly kept Lacks paint WAY OVERPRICED !!!! at $25 it would be ok! the photo on the internet is not what it seems.....
I like about our stay there was we got to park right outside our door and it was very quite there. Where can u stay for little money and be happy.
Website offered free shuttle to casino Rama, none was available had to pay for cabs.
the location and ease of access
booked a smoking room, got a none smoking room, booked a single room with a queen size bed got a double room with two twin size beds, requested check out time of 1 pm and was told had to check out at 11 am. Was not too impresses with the whole experience. Room was really out dated.
Dirty.. Dirty ~Had to go to the Dollar Tree and get bleach for the bathroom walls. # 8 has the cleanest bathroom! Toilet seat was broken in # 8 and #17 Grounds were nasty .. weeds, dead plants and butts everywhere even in the "Garden area" under stairs.
clean price air conditioning worked well.
Microwave and mini fridge Did not have to walk through lobby with luggage, had to walk up 2-3 flights of stairs with luggage...
For one, when we checked in the person at the desk right off the bat said that the room "was not that bad, and if you want a nicer hotel, spend more money." Well that happened to be the only hotel available near Rama, so we had no choice. Then we got to the room, there was No effort in the way the hotel room looked. We walked in and you could see where the old dresser was bolted to the wall, with mismatch paint. A coat hook was put on the wall and they didn't even bother to wipe off the excess glue used. Again it just looked like they literally didn't care how the room looked. We checked out the shower, and there was orange stuff and hairs in the bathtub and shower from the previous people. They had very old dated sheets... looked like from the 70's. Overall it was NOT a good hotel. My advice is to book in advance at holiday inn or days inn, or any other hotel other than that one, so that you are not stuck with this hotel as we were for our weekend...
Was in a good location , and was pretty clean.
People up stairs looked like local people who lived there and stayed up late drinking on balcony ,but they where very friendly and nice.
I liked the fast wifi and the bedding was clean. Nice shower enclosure.
The picture on the wall in the room was caked with nicotine, not washed for quite some time. The living room mirror was not cleaned. The toilet tank and toilet is all yellow stained and wipes right off. The walls are all dirty and need wiped down and a fresh coat of paint. Dust every where. Paper and garbage in behind night stand. Need to hire a good cleaner for the rooms!
buy some new furniture, paint, rugs, air conditioning that works, kill the mold and the smell of mold mixed with freebreeze was enough to make you vomit. We did, t sleep there after the concert, we packed our bags and left.T he pull out bed was covered in stains and dead bugs.Stay away.
the bed was really comfy!
other guests were very noisy outside building well into the 2 am time of night. uncomfortable hearing them and wondering if they were 'up to anything'. just didn't feel comfortable/safe.
good location across from the beach
worn out beds need to be replaced real bad
When we walked into the room, it looked good. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.
However, cobwebs were in the corners and the baseboards were filthy.
place very dirty like carpet, sofa..
Friendly, clean, affordable.
Not elegant, but perfectly adequate for the price.
close to casino
I liked that you can just walk out to your vehicle and you don't have to go through lobby's. The bed was also very comfortable.
Good location to our venue. Good parking relative to the location of our room. Very clean room.
An in room coffee maker would have been nice.
Lovely bathroom, spacious and clean. Fridge was a good cold temperature
Pillows were very thin and only given 1 each. Could do with some new plump ones. The telephone and clock were extremely dusty.
Heavy smell and insects
was pretty clean and it didn't have that mouldy scent. carpets looked freshly cleaned to
I didnt like the pillows and blanket,to old and worn out, need to invest in new ones.
