Heather was very friendly and knowledgable.
Heather, the owner was amazing, she is very hospitable, the bedham room was different but nice. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful, it was nice you are able to get coffee from 7.30 am.
Heather, the proprietor, was very friendly and make us feel at home. The bedroom was comfortable and the breakfast area was a very charmingly-decorated spot to spend the morning.
It was our first time staying at a bed and breakfast and I would do it again and again. It was lovely the place was quaint and beautifully kept. Not to mention Heather our host was lovely. Great conversationalist, makes great coffee and breakfast.
Beautiful antique furniture. Lovely home and delicious breakfasts made to order.
This was our first time staying at B&B and I have to say what we were more than happy. We came with two more couples and booked three rooms. The rooms were very comfortable and we really enjoyed the breakfast. Heather, the owner, was more than friendly and I would highly recommend this B&B. We will certanly go back here whenever we are in this area because you really get a lot for the money you pay. Maja - Kitchener
Convenient location Well maintained Good breakfast
Everything was outstanding. Our hostess was wonderful in every way.
Our room was spacious with a lovely view over the Niagra River gorge. Great care has been taken in the furnishing of the room which had an enormous, very comfortable bed and a lovely seating area . Breakfast was simply delicious with lots of choice for cooked options alongside pastries, fruit and cereal. The falls were an easy walk away - no need to drive the car. The recommendations for eateries in the old town were very helpful and accurate. An excellent place to stay .
The hospitality was fantastic. Hostess heather Matte went out of her way several times to make our stay comfortable.
where to start - upon arrival, Heather gave us a complimentary upgrade to her nicest room that wasn't being used during our stay, which was a very generous upgrade! If that wasn't enough, she had a bottle of champagne waiting for us in our room for our anniversary per my wife's request. To top it off, my boss called Heather wanting to send a gift for our anniversary trip so Heather went out and got us a nice anniversary gift basket on my boss's behalf! The rooms were very nice and breakfasts were fantastic! (I recommend bringing some champagne to breakfast for mimosas) Having our own private bathroom, a fireplace, and WiFi access were much appreciated. Located only a mile from the Falls, it's conveniently located and a great distance for a morning walk or jog to and from the Falls. If every bed and breakfast was as comfortable and warm as this B&B, I'd chose a B&B when travelling more often.
there wasn't anything that we didn't like... the biggest challenge we faced was that the WiFi signal was a bit weak on the 3rd floor. Was still very functional, just a little slow. I'd stay up there again in a heartbeat though given how fantastic our room was!
large room with sofa, flat screen TV's, scrumptious breakfasts, beautiful garden, close to bus line
Parking was a bit limited
We had a lovely room with a nice sitting room. The breakfast was wonderful. We had an omelet and eggs Benedict with fresh fruit and wonderful pastries. Finished with coffee on the front deck. Very pleasant.
The bath is very small. But, it is private. We realize how hard it is to fit a bath in old houses. It was sufficient.
Very convenient location. The owns was very welcoming and helpful with all questions. Cute place!!!
The atmosphere and surroundings were lovely. We enjoyed the pond and garden. The room was very nice and breakfast was delicious.
My friend and I wanted to stay in a cozy and quiet B&B near Niagara Falls and Bedham was a perfect place. We requested an early check-in and fortunately Heather, the owner, was able to accommodate us earlier. Our room was well kept, quaint and just as described on the website. Despite the thunderstorm outside, we slept like a baby in a comfy bed. Heather's homemade pastries were delicious as well as the breakfast she cooked for us upon ordering: toasts, eggs any style and peameal bacon. We ate so much and had to skip lunch. I would highly recommend this place and definitely return thr next time I am visiting the falls.
Heather was a wonderful hostess who made us feel welcome and our visit extremely pleasant and comfortable. The breakfasts were tasty and filling - a real treat!
Although we loved our small suite there was only minimal hanging space for clothing.
Heather is just amazing. What a perfect host who is so welcoming, knowledgeable and entertaining. Could not have had a better experience.
Our whole experience in Niagara Falls was made extra special because of Bedham B & B. Heather is so friendly and easy going. Our room was beautiful along with the rest of the home. Breakfast was delicious, plenty of it along with good company. Tips for site seeing made it all easy to manage.
Bedham Hall was reminiscent of the many B & Bs that my wife and I enjoyed in the UK., except that it was much more spacious with better décor and facilities. Our host, Heather, was the most courteous and helpful ever. She ensured that all our needs were met, and gave us suggestions on local restaurants close by. It was without doubt the most comfortable and quiet sleep away from home that we've ever had - and we've stayed at hundreds of hotels and B & Bs over the years. In a heartbeat I would recommend this establishment to anyone.
This is not a complaint, but only an observation. The Jacuzzi jetted tub was big enough for only one person, but it was a minor detail compared to the overall splendour of Bedham Hall
Beautiful room with incredibly comfortable bed and linens. Fireplace in the room and a jacuzzi style bathtub. Excellent breakfasts. This B&B was on the WeGo line so it was easy to get to all the attractions but away from the crowds.
We really enjoyed our room as well as the wonderful breakfast. It was easy walk to the falls and short drive to other attractions. Most of all, wonderful hospitality from Heather!
Heather, the owner, is a gracious hostess who furnished helpful sightseeing tips. Accommodations were superb and our breakfast was exceptional. We would return in a heartbeat!
The gardens are just beautiful, as is the house- it is a gem amoung the many B&B's we saw during our visit. Heather, the innkeeper, was wonderful, as a native to the area, she had great advice, directions and history to share. The breakfast was delicious, we evidently had never eaten real Canadian bacon before!
Dinner at Skylon Tower was awful- and really expensive. Next time we'll just visit the observation deck and have dinner somewhere else
Heather & Emma are perfect hosts! I really loved everything of my stay
