The beds were very comfortable and slept good.

We had to stand on a table to turn the air conditioner on It was close to the ceiling and there was no chair in the room for the desk to sit on. Would not stay there again. It was right down town in a old building

This hotel is without doubt the worst hotel/motel I have stayed in for the past 14 years as I travel across North America--both in Canada and USA. The person at the front desk was not welcoming and could not handle a problem I had logging into their wifi. The hotel corridor was dirty and carpets needed replacement a long time ago. The room was adequate but again had a look of neglect. The paint on the walls was scarred and looked like it had not been redone for many years. The bed was good. Probably the worst part of my stay at this hotel was my mistake in choosing the attached "Don Cherry" restaurant. The food was greasy, overcooked and almost inedible. I sent back well over half of it and no one asked me why. For the money I was charged for this room I feel I did not get good value and would NEVER recommend it to anyone !

The King bed was very comfortable although the room itself was small.

The bedroom rug was cheap and ugly. The bathroom was not renovated and had a piece of wood damaged and some missing from the vanity, the floor was caulked all around and old. The bath& shower wraparound was dingy and cheap. The King bedroom was way overpriced! I also noticed that 2 rooms above us on the second level had walkout sliding doors with NO BALCONY!

    Great beds

Kind of dull rooms. Sitting area outside of room outside and people were smoking grass on the Sunday morning.

Very clean, comfortable beds, and very friendly staff. Food at Don Cherry's was yummy. Close to arena and appreciated the late check out.

Friendly staff Tassimo in room central location - Parry Sound

We had the room in the photo and it is not like that at all. The add said newly renovated and yes - thank God the room itself looked quite new, but the rest of the place was pretty run-down. The fact that it is adjacent to Don Cherry's was definitely a big negative for us!

As a lover of Ontario/Quebec north land it is always a treat to visit the area. With the fall colors (and no bugs) my short stay was very enjoyable.

What's not to like in this area? Although booking the room through seems to have been a mistake and they are constantly sending me emails I have no interest in.

We had dinner in the pub. The dishes were really tasty.

A little noisy outside, because the pub opened until midnight.

Knights Inn was a lovely little hotel for where we were. The staff were very friendly and helpful and it was actually a great location.

Anyone who wants a 'fancy' hotel might want to stay somewhere else - but then we didn't expect or want that so it was perfect for us!

The price was right but we were a bit nervous as to what we would get. We were happily surprised by the wonderful big comfortable king size bed. The bath and shower looked like they had been upgraded as well and provided a nice, hot shower.

The parking was difficult. The lot was a walk away and we had to pull our luggage down the street. The hallway had the distinctive smell of the restaurant that was attached as well as old smoke odour. I think the carpet needs to be replaced. It was quite worn and holds the odours.

The staff (Jordan) was outstanding ! The beds were extremely comfortable. The ac worked great (though a bit high to reach)

Room initially smelled of smoke - but aired out quickly. Shower was a bit weaker than expected. Towels were a bit skimpy. No facial tissues.
