Best Western PLUS Austrian Chalet  

The room had not been cleaned properly there was a long blond hair in the coffee machine, there was a top part of a sugar pack on the floor. The was a small pebble on the floor inside the closest. Not so nice. When you pay a big price for a room you expect a clean room. I was not happy with it. Also would not except caa card because I booked on the computer will never happen again won't stay here

The rooms are always clean, especially the bathrooms. The "breakfast" is always fun with lots of variety. Can watch the news while preparing breakfast. Love the waffle maker.

Sometimes breakfast is a challenge, as you need to get there early because there always seems to be a "sports" event with young, hungry people. But, nice to see young people engaging with fellow tenants.

Very comfortable, well appointed room.

So called deluxe breakfast was very basic with extremely limited space.

Everything was provided including all the small details.

Location right on the water. Ping pong table outside and mini golf. Plenty of free parking. Balconies for each room. Well kept and comfortable. Good rate.

Campbell River is an important location for this part of Vancouver Island. Beautiful views of the water and mountains. Staff did agree to change room once it was clear the web description was not true to reality (needed to separate rooms in our suite).

The hotel is pricey for the mediocre rooms provided. The location is ok, across the street from a nice walking path along the water. However, it is about two miles from the center of town. The desk clerk gave us the wrong directions to a hiking trail but we were able to find it with the help of some locals.

Vista mare, la colazione e la piscina a disposizione

Mooi uitzicht over het water, het had een balkon waar je lekker op kon ontbijten, het ontbijt kon je zelf maken omdat er op de kamer een keukenblokje aanwezig was. Wij hebben het er reuze naar ons zin gehad.

Ontbijt ruimte was niet toereikend voor het aantal gasten.
