Best Western PLUS Austrian Chalet  

My husband and I enjoyed our stay, it was quiet and relaxing. All of the staff were very friendly. I received a call about an hour after our arrival to see of our room was fine. That has never happened before, and I have stayed in a lot of hotel rooms. The hot Continental breakfast was very good and I liked how the dining rooms faced the Seawalk and the Strait of Georgia. My husband used the gym and we used the swimming pool and hot tub , it was a refreshing walk outdoors back to our room.

No view of the ocean. Noisy folks next door when smoking and talking on cel phone out on deck late at night. Dark entrance to room for single lady travelling alone.

The room had not been cleaned properly there was a long blond hair in the coffee machine, there was a top part of a sugar pack on the floor. The was a small pebble on the floor inside the closest. Not so nice. When you pay a big price for a room you expect a clean room. I was not happy with it. Also would not except caa card because I booked on the computer will never happen again won't stay here

Location is good and great views if you get a front room.The Pub next door had good food and staff was good.

A place to sit outside and just lounge around. Balconies to small. No air conditioning and fans can't cool the place down enough.

It situated across a walkway along the ocean. It is pet friendly.

The room was really too small. No space to move around the beds. I did not feel that I was staying in a 3 stars hotel at all.

Gute Lage, aber mit Nachteilen.

Es ist ein bisschen laut. Das Motel liegt direkt an der Strasse. Frühstück ist inclusive verdient aber den Namen nicht.
