Location was great. View was very nice. Love the patio actress from the room
We were barged in on twice. And the phone kept ringing off the hook even after we answered it to confirm we are checking out. And yes we know what time to be out of the room.
A place to sleep close to our function.
LOcated on a busy road.
Every room had a good view
Hotel seemed very old, needs new carpets and way better wifi
Room was clean, view was nice, and there are two restaurants on site.
For the most part, the staff were not friendly, and the motel was overpriced.
Quality of the room: smell, bedding, ammneties
The hot water supply was Luke warm at the best during our stay. The room was advertised for $79.95 and with all other charges it was $97.52. (DMT $2.40, Facility Fee $3.95, Visa .83)
The backside of this hotel is beautiful. It opens up onto Lake Ontario. Very scenic.
The front of the hotel is not impressive at all. The address and latitude and longitude coordinates given did not work in our GPS. We ended up in the middle of nowhere 15 miles away.
It was close to the wedding we were attending.
The rooms were disgusting. The carpet was dirty, the bed didn't have a blanket, only a sheet. There wasn't a fitted sheet on the mattress. Only one of the lamps in the room worked. There were multiple areas in the bathroom that looked like they had been damaged by mould/ water. The man at the front desk was pleasant but completely incompetent. It took him 20 minutes to check in one person and there was a significant line up. We didn't expect much from a Ramada but this was even worse than imagined.
Glorious location, swimming pool and OK restaurant
Musty smell and water
Location, location view
no elevator(s) in hotel for handicapped guests
Location. Beautiful view of the lake. Nice balcony. Didn't eat there but restaurants looked good.
Worn appearance. Could use a little updating as a little pricey. Also a refrigerator would have been nice.
We were a wedding party and friends staying at this hotel. The staff was most unaccommodating and at times rude.....many people could not get into their rooms much before a 4 pm wedding...one guest changed in the parking lot to make the wedding on time. Even the groom and groomsmen room could not be guaranteed an early check in and was late. The requested fridge was not in the room on arrival. Nor was the room for the bride and maids ready for hair and make up. They agreed to deliver things to a few guests rooms and on checkout saw one at the front desk and wonder what would have happened had it not been seen. The hotel is tired and old and dingy looking and no elevator to the second floor. The price we paid did not match the quality quoted at all. It is a nice view from the rooms of the water. Other than this factor we would not recommend this hotel to any one.
Not handicap accessible. Overpriced by $50.
The food was OK and the bed was reasonably comfortable
Dirt everywhere. The carpets in the halls are stained and warn. The room looked like it hadn.t been cleaned, other than changing bedding and linens, in quite some time. Balcony overlooking lake and marina was dirtier than in the room. Door to balcony full of finger prints and dirt as were the fish aquariums in the hallways. Front desk clerk could have been dressed a little neater. Looked like the hotel, needed sprucing up. Cleaning staff, if they have a cleaning staff, certainly are not doing the job they are paid to do.
It was lovely to eat in the restaurant overlooking the marina and lake. Beautiful scenery and close to Jordan where we were attending a wedding.
The bathroom door wouldn't shut without a lot of noise and effort.
Nice views and sunsets
Everything was great no complaints
Great value hotel. The room was just a little over $100 and every room has a view of the lake.
We upgraded to a King room but it was in the basement which is kind of creepy especially if you arrive late in the night. It would be really nice if the hotel did some updates (ie carpet). If they did some updates I would have no problem paying more to stay here.
Excellent location. Nice to sit on the balconey and see the boats on Lake Ontario
Staff at front desk did not have a really welcoming nature...they did their jobs but didn't seem to care that much about their guests---
Terrific view from our room overlooking marina and Lake Ontario. Wonderful location for the visitor to Niagara region. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room. Very good restaurant and bar. Terrific value.
A bit tricky to find from the highway, but worth the effort.
-Exposed wires. -Double TV which only had one working. -Channel changing delay. -Should not have to type in channel 80.1967 to go to a channel. -Has a run down feel. -Location and view was so perfect, but up keep was been minimal. Needs a renovation.
location and view
desk staff did not say hello food staff angry that we sat down 3 hours to eat dinner Had to ask for water tv did not work (channel 5.321?)
The rooms were gross
The location is lovely.
-We were not told that there is no elevator and we were on the second floor (hard for my Grandma). -tv did not work -dirty room -room appeared much larger on the website...was extremely small for 4 people -loud (the floors creak, people in halls sound like they are in your room) -had higher expectations of a) a Ramada b) we paid $240 therefore expected a certain standard...was awful!
