Friendly, accommodating front desk staff. Clean, comfortable updated room. Easy access from Gateway or Calgary trail. Breakfast in restaurant was good & staff great. Will stay here again when in Edmonton.

Red Arrow bus terminal! Room in general wqas very comfortable & quiet. 1 Arriving @ Hotel, I was told that 2 rooms were booked for me. I had requested only one. That situation was corrected wthout any problem. 2 No water was in the toilet tank in my bathroom. Knowing a little about plumbing I was able to make it fill, but then it eould not stop running.

We had a over heating issue in our room staff was neglegiant and unmotivated to do anything. Was travelling with 2 young athletes and our room was over 90 degrees. Staff did not offer any compensation. Will not return.

Lots of parking, easy to get to, in and out, secure, restaurant/lounge on location. Budget friendly, Red arrow (Tour) bus service to door (didn't use). Hallways seemed dark, i.e. wall color.

The room was very comfortable and clean--good bed, chair was great, enough outlets for chargers etc. Excellent as a Red Arrow stop. So convenient! 1. Coffee in room was terrible. Really terrible. A few sips and threw it out. How could you have such nice beds and such cheap horrible coffee? 2. I requested a room humidifier but they didn't have any.

The staff there have excellent customer service skills. I enjoyed my stay. Clean, quiet enough & fairly comfortable. Good value for money Pillows are to over stuffed & woke the first morning with a very sore neck. Went out & got my own pillow.

Location,restaurant in motel Key for room didn't work so had to go back down to desk to get it reprogamed toilet over flowed at 11 pm took maintenance 20 min.to come and another 20 to 30 min.to clean it up. In morning went to make coffee in room and the coffee maker didn't work.So not happy with our stay.Have stayed there many times with no problems.

I really liked the location. The best part of the hotel was the front end staff. Very pleasant. The restaurant was very poor service. Because its a family hotel (I know its to be expected) but, I didnt like that there was kids screaming and running up and down the halls at 11pm. I also didn't like that visa debit is not typically accepted. And that an extra 250 dollars was charged as a pre-auth.

Location was great, and although it is dated it waw clean and comfortable. (Had stayed there before with soccer team.) That I booked 2 rooms through booking.com and only one was reserved., But they found us one. (Luckily I had a copy of my email).
