The place was great. I booked a jacuzzi suite through booking.con and when I got there, the agent said you have been booked for room with a bathtub with jets. Hi booked adequacy room one hundred percent clear with booking.com and the pictures even showed a jacuzzi. The agent said it happens all the time. My suggestion is that you call the actual place that you're booking with to See if you're getting exactly what you think you are and if the price is actually better. Because a lot of the times it's not.

The location was close to the attractions I was interested in. The breakfast was adequate and the staff worked very hard. My room was fine, the bed was fine the pillows were not comfortable.

Beautiful location..our room wasn't ready due to late check outs..the front desk woman was excellent.. friendly, informative, helpful and even being very busy took the time to personally check that we had an appropriate room. They are lucky to have her working for them! I don't remember her name but her brunette with glasses cheery demeanor made us feel extremely welcome.

The King + Fireplace room was spacious with kitchenette, study desk, sitting area, and stools to eat at the bar. The bed was super comfortable and bathroom equipped with all necessary amenities like shampoo, conditioner, and hair dryer. The staff were incredibly helpful --- especially Ben who helped us find laundry services and Donna who went out of her way to help me with a special request late in the evening. The breakfast was busy and had a wide offering of items to choose from. The proximity to Couchihing Point park and walking paths was perfect with restaurants walking distance from hotel. It was a great location to explore Orilla from and relax for a long weekend.

Very friendly Staff, Ben and Bill were very helpful. Sue, Ryan, Chris, Jen and Bee worked so hard to sanitize, set up fresh linens and toiletries. The Suite #211 had a beautiful view of the gardens courtyard. A nature trail goes from Bridge Point Marina all the way to the Public Beach. Water was warm and chest deep.
