Best Western Plus Couchiching Inn & Suites  

The staff were very friendly and the accommodations were clean the breakfast buffet that came with the room was a nice change from the continental that are usually only cold, this had hot choices also!

I didn't like that there were still smoking rooms in the hotel and we ended up right beside one of them and could smell the smoke in the hall and also would get the smell in the room when you opened the door but still feel the hotel is doing the best they can to accommodate everyone and appreciate that!

The Portage restaurant was very good. Four of us had dinner and all meals were delicious.

This hotel is very overpriced.

I loved our room, the breakfast and overall look of the hotel.

The Spa room was okay for 2-4 people and there really wasn't much to it.

There was a problem with the toilet that we asked to have fixed but it still did not work properly. My husband had a problem going up the stairs with the suitcase. So if the staff had asked us ahead of time if we had a problem with the stairs I would not have booked in that location.

when we arrived we were given key cards for our room but when we went to room it hadn't been cleaned yet. 2 rooms down there was a young gal from housekeeping that was cleaning that room and she advised us that our room had not been cleaned yet. she took our key cards and went down to the front desk for us and came back with keys for another room which actually was an upgrade from the one we had. She was very friendly and helped us out by doing this which was above and beyond her duties. we never got her name but would like it if the hotel did recognize her. She was a little blond girl.

We found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. We definitely plan to return. Would highly recommend this lovely hotel to everyone.

Friendly staff accomadating requested an early check in and feather pillows no problem there loverly hot breakfast and shuttle service to casino wonderful bed and nice and clean

Missed the fact there was no pool and the bar was closed early because of a week day

Location was perfect. Staff very friendly and helpful. Clean. Quiet. Hot breakfast was ideal. Shuttle supplied by the hotel worked out great and on schedule. Friendly driver. Overall very good experience.

Large room, very clean, loved the fireplace, good service .

Efficient, friendly staff. Fair prices for room. Hot buffet breakfast was a nice benefit. King size bed was very comfortable.

Elevators too far from rear entrance parking. Traveling with elderly couple and this was very inconvenient. Did not see a luggage cart or receive an offer to handle baggage during check-in.

Upgraded our suite ......... excellent meal in the Restaurant for dinner .... excellent included breakfast

It has tobe the staff. They make you feel like your right at home, They take the time to stop & talk to ya & answer any questions you have.
