I loved how they served me, very polite . I would love to stay there once again, and the lounge their food is very delicious. I will stay there once again!!!

The hotel gives five star service...the room was very comfortable and very modern...the location to the airport was excellent...located close to Edmonton. I had a very comfortable and trouble free stay. Will stay there again. No complaints at all.

Beds and pillows were great! The additional cost for extra person - checked in at 11pm and booked a 4am shuttle to the airport - front desk charged us for an additional person and I would guess its for the continental breakfast? But again - charged us after we booked the 4am shuttle - no breakfast required!

I liked the complimentary continental breakfast as it justifies some of the cost of our stay. It was a little noisy at times but not that bad.

I liked that we arrived early and they let us check in early. I would have liked to see some vegetarian options on the menu,...but there was still some good choices.

The rooms were tastefully renovated with very comfortable beds. The location in downtown Leduc was convenient.Good value and very clean.

Very comfortable room and well appointed and maintained. The room was great but it was in the "new" section and getting there was cumbersome / separate elevator and directions not clear.

Night clerk was great had him last time too. Previous stay our internet didnt work which was important to us. Morning staff last time ....not this time was like oh yeah to bad kinda attitude. This night clerk is the reason we came back. Airport parking great. Shuttle too Internet...didnt work first time.

I stayed a few weeks ago at this hotel and there is a big difference between this new room and the other older room where my familiy stayed on the 24th of July. The room 506 was great.

I really like to stay at the Best Western Plus Denham Inn & Suites because the staff is so very kind and helpful! It's located in such a nice area as well, with places to eat and shop just a short walk away. The rooms have the comfort of home with everything you would need in them!

I think the service was excellent. Friendly helpful people working at the front desks and cleaning the rooms. I was impressed with the rooms. They were updated, clean and extremely comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was great! Overall, I had a great stay. I will be staying again.

Staff is great there. Tim hortons on site is a great feature; the upstairs lounge has a wonderful view. The indoor pool with a slide & hot tub is a definate bonus. I would stay at this place again. Its not convenient when you ask for a drive up, but someone else is parked in front of your door taking up 2 parking spots. The laundromat could open earlier than 8:am for early travellers.

We stayed here before our flight from Edmonton Airport. There was a good shuttle bus to the airport from Edmonton (charged) and a free shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel. The hotel rooms were functional and well designed and the hotel provided a good breakfast (including fresh fruit & waffles) as part of the price. A good place to stay.

Hello, the staff was okay, not very exiected to work in the middle of the night when I arrived. They diidn't ahd a pool, only a whirlpool. But you couldn't stay there so long because the staff but so much chlor in the tub, that you couldn't breathe. The breakfast should start by 6:00am in the morning, I arrived 6:20 and nothing was done, need to wait 10 minutes more,. Not the best start on this day. All points I count I wouldn't stay again in this hotel.
