Staff were genuine. They went out of their way to make you feel welcome.

I loved how they served me, very polite . I would love to stay there once again, and the lounge their food is very delicious. I will stay there once again!!!

The most comfortable bed I've ever slept in.

I specifically requested a room by the door, or beside elevators as I was having surgery and mobility would be an issue. I was located on the first floor more than half way down the hall. Due to this, my husband drove back to the hotel to request use of a wheelchair to transport from car to room. Was told too bad, they don't have one, and they don't have to have one. It was less about them actually having a chair to use, and more about not having a room closer, and the attitude of the staff. I spoke to the lady the next day and she was quite snotty about it. Shame she had to be that way. I'll be back, but won't stay there again. Food in the lounge was mediocre as well. Chicken Parm was terrible. Steak sandwich was very good.

Night clerk was great had him last time too. Previous stay our internet didnt work which was important to us. Morning staff last time ....not this time was like oh yeah to bad kinda attitude. This night clerk is the reason we came back. Airport parking great. Shuttle too

Staff is great there. Tim hortons on site is a great feature; the upstairs lounge has a wonderful view. The indoor pool with a slide & hot tub is a definate bonus. I would stay at this place again.

Its not convenient when you ask for a drive up, but someone else is parked in front of your door taking up 2 parking spots. The laundromat could open earlier than 8:am for early travellers.

Hello, the staff was okay, not very exiected to work in the middle of the night when I arrived. They diidn't ahd a pool, only a whirlpool. But you couldn't stay there so long because the staff but so much chlor in the tub, that you couldn't breathe. The breakfast should start by 6:00am in the morning, I arrived 6:20 and nothing was done, need to wait 10 minutes more,. Not the best start on this day. All points I count I wouldn't stay again in this hotel.

I really like to stay at the Best Western Plus Denham Inn & Suites because the staff is so very kind and helpful! It's located in such a nice area as well, with places to eat and shop just a short walk away. The rooms have the comfort of home with everything you would need in them!
