The reception desk always had pleasant people there to help guests. That was comforting. It would have been nice to have room service. However, the hotel was still great anyway. |

I did like the location the air-conditioning system does not work properly and is extremely noisy. The standard rooms are far too small. I asked to be moved to another room. |

The best feature of this hotel is that it is the building that also houses Chez Cora's - the best breakfast place in town. We started out in an extremely small room but were able to change rooms without any trouble when asked about the possibility at the reception. Our first room was extremely small (but was able to upgrade to a bigger room for an extra $25 without much trouble) |

It's very near station and shopping. The staff is friendly and the room is cosy and clean. It would be great if they could provide breakfast or a discount on it. |

The location was excellent, the hotel staff was very helpful, and the room was fine - not big or fancy, but clean, comfortable, and all we needed. I would always want to stay here when attending an event at the Bell Centre. |

The fact that there is a Cora restaurant in the Hotel was awesome and the quickness of the service at the front desk. No. We only stayed one night. |

Breakfast at "Chez Cora" (in the lobby) even if it wasn't in the room rate. Matress - good quality. Proximity of centre and Centre Bell. Street a litle bit too noisy in the morning - but that is not the hotel's fault. The AC device also too noisy. |

The location is great. It is close to shopping and restaurants. There was no room service available and when I booked a room with a jacuzzi - for $50 extra - I was expecting a large jacuzzi for 2 people. It was ok, but not what I expected. |

Very good location. Very close to the Bell Centre and all things downtown. Room was so small you could almost literally reach out your hands and touch both sides. Have never seen or stayed in a room so small anywhere in the world and that's saying something. |

We really enjoyed that the hotel was directly across from the Bell Center since the purpose of our trip was for a hockey game.The hotel was elegant looking. Very comfortable with all the pillows and king size bed, not to mention the jacuzzi tub in the room. The best part was the next morning waking up and eating at Cora's , which is located in the hotel lobby. Should have quiet floors for those with families or those looking to relax, and other floors for those who enjoy the night life. |

The maintenance man was really helpful and kind! He came to fix our telephone and ended up going down to the desk and getting us a new room telling us to relax in our room and wait. He was great! They were also really great to hold our luggage for us and the bed was comfy. |
