The location was excellent. Just one block from rue St. Catherine and the Bell Centre. Cheap 24 hour parking across the street, and plenty of shopping, restaurants and entertainment within walking distance. Service desk was a bit slow in the morning when checking out. Took a while before anyone came to the front desk. |

The location and price Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathroom - specifically the shower curtain. It had a horrible mildew smell. The rest of the bathroon was clean but the smell from not washing the showere curtain often was quite unpleasant. |

The staff was always very polite and willing to help out wherever & whenever necessary. The Internet Service. It took along time to set up and often it didn't work at all. During these times people rely on communication with all type of persons. We were really disappointed with the service. Parking was difficult for guests as well. The room size [ it was a very small room]. |

This a small yet beautifully renovated hotel with marble floors, ceramic,fountains-newly and impeccably decorated. Wonderful staff was helpful to tourists. Location is great. Breakfast restaurant super. Bathroom is so small it is difficult to be seated. Too close to tub. |

Good location. Quality and excellence of service, rooms, facilities, design, etc. Slightly over-priced. |

I really enjoy the comfort of the bed. It was very clean and classy looking. It was also a one minute walk to all the shops on Saint Catherine's which made my trip very easy. I did not like the carpet in my room. There were spots of coffee or juice on it. It definitely needed a deep clean. |

The location allowed walking distance to all the business and shopping trips as well as entertainment establishments. The small single room window faced a nearby blank brick wall and did not allow for weather check. The room carpet could have used another vacuuming. |

Location and convenience Smoking is permitted in the hotel. We were initially allocated a non- smoking room that reeked of cigaratte smoke. This was immediately rectified. By the staff |

Love it because it was so close to everything I wanted, downtown, close to Old Montreal Port, Via Rail, Bus Tours, etc., food was accessible everywhere we went. I liked everything, but an outside friend says that the area was questionable. |

I didn't like the fact that we couldn't take the stairs up to our floor. My friend has a phobia of elevators and she had to take it because a maid told us that there wasn't any stairs. |
