Great location and price
Very loud heater that kicked in every half hour. Little sound proofing between rooms
Close to everything
Small elevators. Seems to be a lot of renovations going on in hotel
It's location is great
the location easy access parking just in front of the hotel
the stairs in the entrance the carts do not fit in the lifts
Washrooms are large
Rooms are just a little too small
location to down town and the bell center. price was right for the hotel
very courteous and helpful staff a nice location free 20 mins long distance and free local calls clean room we will defintely go back to this hotel
the tiny shelf above the toilet, had to close the toilet lid to prevent toiletries falling into a notepad and a pen we were given a room on the six floor with a walk up room, with my knee problem it was not good but staffs was so nice to move us.
very noisy ventilation
Convenient location: close to the train station; close to the shopping areas; excellent value for money.
General Manager who checked us in was great. Location was good since we were walking everywhere.
TV was broken and had to have it replaced. AC (which is the only source of heat) was making a loud ticking noise like a fan was hitting something. Someone came and looked at it, didn't do anything. Called front desk again and got a really snotty woman who said it was a brand new fan (even though the filter was filthy) and that every AC in the building will sound the same. We had to turn it off at night so we could sleep. It was NOT broken. Had a family in the next room who's 5 year old child cried constantly in the morning and night. Woke us up/kept us up. We mentioned this when we asked to have the TV and AC fixed / room swap but the same snotty woman at the desk didn't care, even through they had lots of rooms open.
The RUGLESS floors!!!
The dilapidated, non-functional baseboard heater in the bathroom and the grungy corner of the bottom of the door frame near the shower.
The location was excellent - within walking distance of the Via Rail station, major shops, many restaurants and the Metro. Given the location the price was affordable.
The interior of the hotel looked a little tired and could use an update but it was functional enough considering the little time actually spent in the hotel.
The location was right downtown easy walking distance everywhere
We stayed for 3 nights, paid quite a bit of money and our room was small, the size of the bed with little walking space. I had hardly room for my luggage, and I'm not a light packer. And they put us next to a dumpster. I was woken up twice out of the three nights by the garbage man... Not my idea of romantic or comfortable. Annoyed.
Location - 20 m from Rue Saint-Catherine, which is excellent for shopping.
Despite parking was a little expensive, they have an agreement with Stanley Park (18 dollars/day) which you can park there (indoor parking) and you can come in and out with no aditional payment.
Quiet clean and comfortable.
My room (321 if I recall correctly) was far too small. It would have small even one uses it only for sleeping, never mind if you actually stay in the room part of the day. In addition I had to switch off the heating at night because when the fan switched on it was noisy, sort of shots.
1.great location, near Peel station 2.very polite staff at reception 3.spacious clean room 3. decent WiFi
1. noisy heat pump
The taxes were not includes in the annonced price. Made quite a big difference
The value for the room we had was great. The bed was comfortable and the free Wifi and long distance (20 mins) was a nice touch.
The restaurant in the hotel was closed for renovations so this was a bit of a disappointment but found a great Italien Restaurant 2 doors down. I will definately be eating there again (Le Madusa).
Bed and location
Hear every bit of noise outside room in hallway. Also, elevator only fits 4 people
Location near the Bell Centre for hockey games. Great area for walking, eating, pubs. Room was clean and comfortable. Wifi was very good as I was able to stream another game on my iPad.
No hotel information in the room. 1st hotel ever with no directory of information about the hotel or local options. No stationary, pens, no restaurant, no parking.
Everything was fantastic
Worst part of the hotel is that the rooms are so close to each other you can hear conversations from across the hall.
Good value Friendly staff Excellent location Comfortable room
A bit noisy Couldn't adjust heat or cooling, so room was too warm
The staff was amazing vey friendly and professional they couldn't do enough for us
That we couldn't stay longer
Great Location and Stable signal of free Wifi
