We loved the service from the most welcoming front desk to the great room decor with balcony view of the inner harbor,the great breakfast,and back to the room,it was great with all the amenities from extra towels,plus extreme cleanliness.A most enjoyable stay and my parents Mr.&Mrs.Allan Johnson stay oftenand told us there's only one place to go,and they were 100%right.We will be back&recommend it to all our friends&we only live 1hr.away,but you really treat guests like family.All I can say is "awesome". Absolutely nothing!!!!

Excellent location for walking in the downtown core. A quiet side street. Though there were a number of teenage sports teams staying at the same time our room and floor were quiet and peaceful! The staff T this location is wonderful to a person which seems to mirror the friendly nature of the Victoria residents and shop keepers. A very minor point with the breakfast. Again, lovely staff but the egg dishes could have been varied. All three breakfasts, though generous in presentation at the buffet were the same each day and not as warm as we would like.

location Our room faced the street/hotel entry side. Having the window open for fresh air at night, it was quite noisy hearing what sounded like service trucks at night and early morning.

We liked that it was a great price for the location,very close to inner harbour.It also had a very friendly staff and the place was clean and comfortable.Free buffet breakfast every morning is also included in your room rate! We'll be staying here again.

Breakfast! Remote was cleaned and bagged as was extra pillows and blankets saturday morning breakfast girl attendant wonderful!! Staff gave discount due to renovation amazing location underground parking kitchenette Room was too hot

Free parking. They let us park there until our ferry left at 3pm, even though we had checked out in the morning.

The breakfast was very good for what it was. The location was nice with good views of the harbor.We liked being able to park right there and get the car in and out. The staff was helpful.We had a whole kitchen but really only needed fridge, kettle and coffee maker. The room was very small for 2 beds; we could hardly get around them.The elevator made us uneasy because it was so jerky.
