The tub in the bathroom was really nice and big and I liked the shower spout. I also liked the free internet and had no problem hooking into it. I booked room on-line and when we got to hotel, they did not have us booked in. It took awhile to figure out what had happened. Luckily they still had a few rooms available or I would have been pretty upset.

No chemicals in room. Am allergic to air fresheners and chemical cleaners, fabric softeners. Found none in room. Excellent. Will use Best Western for that reason for sure.

I did not like the disorganized buffet breakfast area. The traffic flow was awkward & people ended up tripping over each other to access the breakfast choices.

The room was a good enough size for 2 adults and 2 children, the pool was very good and it and the jacuzzi area where very clean. Decent enough hotel for the money and for a one night stop. The only thing and very small is there was way too much chlorine in the pool.
