The room was very big, every necessary thing was provided, very clean. Microwave, Fridge, hairdryer, free wi-fi, many towels, comfortable beds, ajustable heating, TV, free parking There is an interior passage to the Sheraton. The keys are high-tech and you can request more than one. There is a Tim Hortons just next door.

The telephone service is very bad. No local calls can be made (not even to 905, 647 area codes!), everything is considered long distance. If you have no cell phone, you're in a bad situation.

I can hear the guests while they were talking in the hallway

It was convenient and reasonable rate.

There was no shampoo or soap in the dispensers therefore could not take a shower. Not impressed at all.

Very nice! I was pleasantly surprised how clean it is. When I booked the room at the price I expected it to be a low class room but to my surprise, it was very clean and that is the most important reason I will definitely recommend it to other people

I had just moved. The week before I stayed at the bwp, I had taken a break and stayed at the Windsor Arms Hotel for a night. 3 times the price, but 10 times (or more) the value. I stayed at the Best Western during the week for a break in the on-going construction of my new house. It was an easy commute, affordable and pretty good. But not up to the standards of a great hotel in terms of finishings, cleanliness, amenities, etc. I forgot something behind. They had my number, but left it for me to call them in search of my missing belongings.

My reservation was not there when I checked in. I waited for 30 mins before I was checked in..

Location, Cost, Services, E.G. pool, gym, frig, microwave. Staff was great!

Noted a fair bit of dust in cabinet that housed frig and microwave. This was after I had to pull frig out to adjust temp as we lost food due to freezing. Also, there was dust on the tv and the tv reception wasn't that great.

The gym and pool were amazing. Location was great, centrally located, near everything. Room was clean and comfortable.

I had booked online a king standard room for my fiance and I. We got there, checked in and were informed there were no king standard rooms available and we had two doubles instead. Had I wanted 2 beds I would have chosen that option. Instead we had to sleep uncomortably in a tiny bed together. We were on holiday and I refused to sleep seperate. Why should we have? We were given no option to move if a room became available the next evening ( we were there or 2 nights), no dicount, no vouchers for dining or anything for our inconvenience. I was disappointed to say the least. After being in the hospitality business myself for over 20 years, I felt we were just brushed off with no reason. I had my confirmation printed and with me stating a kind standard but that held no credit. We did check in around 5:30 which is long after check in time but that room should have been held for us. Needless to say we were disappointed after a long traffic filled drive.

The service was great and employees were very friendly. The room was great and comfy, very clean!

I was very impressed with the prompt friendly service at the desk. The room was immaculate. I was a room cleaner for three summers during my student days so I know what has to be done and the room was superb. We had a wonderful rest...some guests were a little noisy in the middle of the night but we were able to sleep restfully after they went to sleep.I ordered room service for the first time in my life and was very impressed with the service.In conclusion we had an enjoyable experience and we would return in a heartbeat.Thank you, A Satisfied Guest Denise Publicover

Had a coffey machine in the room. It was not advertised on the nternet site. Onlu fridge and microwave mentionned.

At this hotel on June 22 for one evening. Hotel room ok (8/10). Service (2/10); reasons: -No tv directives (re channels) in the room. Tv does not show the channel number. Have to surf 90 channels to find the one you were viewing. Ask the desk, they do not have a guide. -Asked the desk for a map of the area and tourist info; I was given a 2008/2009 Map/Guide. Later, strolling through the lobby, I found a rack full of maps and other info about 20 feet from the reception desk. -Later in the evening I wanted a Coke, got one from the distributing machine on the floor. It was hot, the machine was hot. Went to the desk to complain, they said to use a machine on another floor. When I said “What do I do with the one I got” the person shrugged his head !

Comfortable

I did not like the soap bottle, having to squeeze it. I like the bars of soap.

The balcony was nice.

I booked a king size bed and got 2 doubles. Also the door to the closet broke within seconds of me being in the room. The door to the balcony could barely open it was so tough.

The staff were accommodating. I had asked to check in at noon, instead of 3:00 p.m. and it was not a problem. That was my visit on the 17th of December. I had asked to stay past the 11:00 checkout and we were allowed to checkout at 1:00 p.m. This was on the 14th of December. This made it easier for my husband and I to go for our medical procedures at the times appointed to us. Thank you. I would hghly recommend your hotel.

I cannot think of anything.

We loved that the Tim Horton's was right beside it, and that our room (very comfortable) had a balcony.
