Le petit déjeuner tout le temps pareil pendant 10 jours et pas assez qualitatif Manque de l'insonorisation entre les étages, on entend les gens qui marchent au dessus de nos têtes quand on dort la nuit.

L'accueil,la piscine et le jacuzzi

Le ménage (la moquette aurait besoin d'être mieux aspirée, sans oublier ses coins plein de poussière...

The employees. Dan is a treasure.

The toilets. You had to hold the handle down for a minute or two to get it to flush.

The beds are wonderfully comfortable - had a great nights sleep

It would be nice if there was a recycle basket in each room

This is not new for me but every time I stay at your hotel I have problems with your internet. Very slow and very weak signal.

The cost was excessive for the caliber of the lodgings.

Breakfast was awesome with fruits and nice plates and cutlery. Staff very nice. Room very convenient, bed very comfortable. All good.

Room was big and you can catch the light rail into town.

More suited to business travellers as it was not near downtown Calgary.

The heater in out room was clicking during the night which kept us up a little. I told the guy at the front desk when I was checking out and they did not offer anything back for my troubles!!!! Would not stay there again.

Pool/hot tub room

Need a make-up mirror - the kind that is attached to the wall and can be pulled toward you. Some places have this and I like it as I cannot put make up on with no glasses on and be close to a mirror.

No in room fridge.

I liked the pool and exercise area, the bathroom was comfortably big, and the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch. All in all, a good experience and a reasonable price. Thank you.

The only thing I didn't like, and it doesn't reflect on the hotel itself, is that it is hard to get into from the front for parking, although we found out later that the rear is adequately big.

Excellent comfortable beds with crisp white duvet covers. Very clean rooms and common areas. Nice pool and fitness area. Wonderful full breakfast with lots of variety included in the modest price. Nice staff. Free Parking. Modern rooms very well maintained. The busy area was not a problem it was quiet in the hotel. Great Value for the price

This is not a vacation spot it is a great place to stay but on a very busy road in a central location.

Carpets in room were dirty

I find each time we stay here the staff is friendly and very helpful. The beds are VERY comfortable. They have THE BEST breakfast here too

It would be nice if there was re-cycling baskets/bins in the room for paper, cans etc

The service at the front desk...Bonnie was extremely helpful and friendly...as was all the front desk staff. We loved the pool and hot tub, comfortable rooms and the continental breakfast...and also...it was convenient to shopping, the zoo and restaurants. Thank you...we will be back again.

Clean and updated room was very cleaan. Breakfast was excellent.

First of all they cancelled my reservation even though I called for a check in time, they said anytime was fine. I specifically asked for them not to bill my card before check in which they did. Then they cancelled the room the second night even though it was paid for because of a supposed noise complaint. We went out for the night and came home and were quietly in our room. I doubt I would stay here again. Nice breakfast idea but disgusting food. Gross sausages, hard pancakes. I was very disappointed.
