Friendly helpful staff, large comfortable room, mini fridge in room, clean pool water and nice water temperature, very clean pool and hot tub area, breakfast area and selection of breakfast items, nice hot fresh coffee.

Fast check in. Pool and spa were nice. Convenient to 401 but hard to get out of.drive onto street. Not enough handicapped parking.

My wifi password didn't work. I asked for a quiet area of the hotel as I was travelling with my son who has autism. We were given a room beside the elevator (no sleep). Requests should be granted like that. No room to eat our breakfast. Area was too tiny for the guests.

It was very quiet, even though there were lots of guests. And breakfast was good.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming

The room was pretty nice. Free wi-fi was good. Really close to good shopping.

There was a false fire alarm that was kind of disturbing. The bathtub was clean but very worn.

Run down. Especially bathrooms. No outlets for electronics on desk. Ripped shower curtains.

We thought that the lady serving breakfast did a good job as well as those at the desk.

pop machine on our floor was nearly empty- no diet pop . door keys worked poorly-one not at all and one, had to slide it in and out 3 or 4 times till it worked.

The room was very comfortable, attractive, and spotlessly clean. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. A hot breakfast was included in the price of the room.

On the day we were there, one of the elevators was not working, but they were doing their best to get it repaired as quickly as possible. Also they apologized because they ran out of breakfast sausages by 8 am due to a problem with a supplier. These were minor inconveniences that I am sure would not affect a future stay.

We enjoyed our stay here as it suited our purpose of antiquing at the 30,000 sq ft Southworks (an old factory) nice to see it was not destroyed for Condos as well as the great mall to shop and the great retro store! The location of the Hotel is good as it is close to all the great plazas and close to the highway. Lovely breakfast as well

It was a pleasant stay and i will book this hotel any time i will travel. Staff was very helpfull and very nice. Location for me was excellent, being very close to my friend i wanted to visit.

Lovely hot buffet breakfast included in room price.

Highway out front was a challenge. One elevator working only, but not greatly prohibitive to a great vacation.

Beds were comfortable and sheets soft. The location was excellent.

I was not thrilled about the breakfast but it was acceptable....

Everything was great about this hotel. The bed was the most comfortable that we've ever experienced. And ofcourse great location.

The breakfast could use some more variety. Very limited items.
