Room was clean, nicely furnished, good amenities. Rooms were all drive-up entry, no interior corridors, which made my wife somewhat uncomfortable, since I was away at a conference all day and she was by herself in a strange city. Rooms were very small. No activities on site.

The continental breakfast is really good. The room was large; we entertained a group of 12 and had plenty of room. Plenty of parking. We stayed from Fri-Mon, it was quiet $99 per night would be reasonable

i really liked the complimentary breakfast it was a lot of food and very good. i also really liked the staff they were very friendly it was very cold in our room, even with the heat on, it would have been nice to have more blankets. as well as the bathroom door had troubles closing properly.

Below any Best Western standards I have ever seen, rooms old, smell something you expect from $40 motel, the front did not bother to give me the price from Booking.com, one look at the room and I walked out, shocked, how do these people get away with calling themselves Best Western

Location was very good for our purposes and rooms clean. Hotel staff were very good and very helpful in resolving any issues. We had problems with the WiFi connection and they contacted their technical support and came right down to the room to be sure that the router was re-booted and reconfigured and we were connected.. Breakfast is as good as you will find in a "complimentary breakfast" Turning into and getting out of the hotel by car can be a challenge during busy traffic times. For the price, (especially for Vancouver) it was very good

Friendly staff, nice bedding, room not outdated or old looking, nice tv, nice clock radio (usually they are piece of junk). Wrong type of light fixtures over bathroom sink -- poorly directed so you can't really see properly. (Don't like new type of bulbs either).

Not much. The complimentary breakfast was good and the staff were friendly. We had to upgrade our room as the one booked, she said, would not confortably allow a cot. As our adult son was with us we had to upgrade to a suite. It was an old building, stains on the carpet and even though it was a non-smoking room it was evident there was stail smoke in the air. The location was good close to Metro-town BUT we definately would not stay there again Other than the breakfact EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!

Receiption is very nice, warmly talk. Room is very clean and bright, owner set up lots of light at almost everywhere. I will stay here next time. WiFi signal is weak, but work ok for e-mail. Managing quality in Breakfast area need to improve it can not compair with Room's.

I was pleasantly surprised and will stay their again when next I visit. Staff was pleasant, helpful and very friendly. My only complaint was of no fault to the hotel or staff. Maybe options may be possible for special beds for Customers with chronic back pain and problems?? See you again soon.
