We liked the various amenities provided, especially the frij,microwave,etc.,as they are required by my wife due to her medical conditions. Although we were only there for one night and did not have a meal in your restaurant we were told it was a good place to dine. We have a room booked for 4 nights-August 8th. through 11th. so will have the opportunity to eat in your restaurant and enjoy the other facilities you provide. Because we were booked for only one night we cannot think of anything we didn't like.

It was refreshing that we could open the window. We love fresh air verses air conditioning We also enjoyed the restaurant. Good food. Great service. Excellent prices. The only fault was the mattress- it was very uncomfortable. Maybe this one needs to be updated

The Troy Diner restaurant was very poor. Food and service not good. I dont know whether they are affiliated with Best Western but they do not help the hotel.

Typical great beds and clean rooms. A high standard was met. The night light in the room was too bright. As a frequent Best Western traveller, was surprised that there was no breakfast.

Die Mitarbeiter im Hotel waren sher freundlich und haben auch immer mit den Gästen geredet und sich überhaupt mit ihnen auseinander gesetzt. Wir haben uns extrem zu Hause gefühlt und werden sicher wieder dort buchen.

Unfortunately it was a very windy night and there was a loose piece of siding if something outside my window that rattled when the wind blew and affected my sleep. Otherwise my stay was good

Troy's Diner was crazy. This was also Mother's Day so I don't know what the service would have been like on a normal day. Did not want to spend $$ on a buffet meal so we ordered off the menu. I took forever.
