This is was our second stay within the month and this experience was no different from our first! We arrived early and accessing our room was not a problem. Rooms are great, beds comfy and the breakfast omelet station is delicious!!

Nothing to complain about at all - couldn't find anything the first stay, happy to report the same!!

Staff all awesome, check in, housekeeping and kitchen amazingly friendly and helpful.

The proximity to the airport is great - although close to it no airport noise!

We didn't find anything we didn't like.

The hotel is very nearby to the airport (5mins by driving). So, it's conveneint if you land in calgary at night. After we arrive here, we went to have a very delicious Chinese (economy price) at t Pot (hotpot in nearby area that has lots of restaurants, Chinese supermarket and very big drugstore! The breakfast is really nice. I like the DIY waffle ^^

They don't provide kettle in the room. In order to have a warm water to drink, you have to warm tap water in the microwave in the room or take lift to downstair to the lobby to ask for a hot water so it's inconvenient.

I liked the upgrade from a queen to a beautiful king with a fireplace. The girl at the desk was amazing! She asked us if we would like a wake up call, if we wanted a breakfast to go in the morning and offered us a snack when we were done checking in. The shuttle service was perfect and our driver was very friendly!!

This hotel was so wonderful to go to after being in hotels in Europe for 3 weeks! The size of our room was wonderful!!!! The hotel was very clean and modern and the room was well stocked with everything we needed. Ex. Coffee maker, microwave, fridge, 2nd sink, desk, chair and ottoman, flat screen tv, safe, even an actual closet for your coat and shoes. Lol This hotel was perfect to arrive to after a very long flight, we went to the restaurant/bar, and had a very relaxing evening. The bathroom had extra amenities which was a perk. The bedding was wonderful, nice and fluffly pillows and thick downs. The hotel was extremely quiet. The breakfast was so good offering everything from cereal to fresh waffles and an omelette bar. Check in and check out was quick and painless. It was very close to Calgary international and perfect for the tired traveller.

Really nice room. Free shuttle to the hotel from the airport which is great. Nice comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Like that there was a snack room also for items to purchase as there are no nearby convenience stores.

Was a lot of kids (very family friendly) so breakfast room was a bit of a mess and very loud.

Staff is extremely friendly !We left at 4 in the morning ,before breakfast time ,and they gave us a breakfastbox with fruit etc. Very nice.

No late checkout past 1pm, 3pm would have been ideal.

The excellent breakfast with fresh fruit and omelettes on demand plus good coffee. Also the fridge and microwave could be very useful for some. Rooms were very spacious.

The bar/restaurant had no vibe - felt really stark and lonely, and the menu items seemed mostly pre-prepared - (i.e. open a bag of pulled pork, micro- wave it and put it on a bun. Add some fries and voila!

I liked the area and closeness to CrossIron Mills plus airport

When you book on line you can't get parking for acouple weeks while you are on holiday

The swimming Poole with water slide and hot tub were excellent to unwind in. The room were very comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful. Perfect. Will be going back.

Restaurant was understaffed

I really enjoyed the room we selected. We had a suite with a king bedroom and a two way fireplace. We really liked the design set up of the suite with the TV that could be seen on either side of the fireplace. The kitchenette was clean and well stocked for what we needed. The room was clean and spacious.

The quality of the restaurant food was below average. After having dinner there we opted not to have breakfast the following morning at that location.

The single coffee brewer is great, the suite was clean and modern, the fireplace was great

the shower had no pressure and the jetted tub was way to small for 2 people the bed was terribly uncomfortable

no movie stations ie: pay per view. too much furniture in the rooms always bumping into something.
