Room was cold when I arrived. Stat was set at 16! Bathroom cabinet panels, had nails protruding from them. Table in room too small.

Location, parking and facilities Vending machine just outside my room was noisy. The refrigerator in my room also woke me up as it was noisy when the compressor came on. You should provide a way to power off this equipment if the visitor does not want to use it.

I stayed at the Best Western because I had an exam that was being facilitated there in the morning. I requested a late check out so that I wouldn't have to rush through the exam and my husband could relax. Instead, I was given a locker and my husband had to sit in the lobby for 2 hours after check out time. I was told that a big group was coming in and I couldn't have a 1:30 check out instead of 11:30.

I forgot my Amazon Kindle in the room. When I phoned the hotel, the staff quickly located it and promised to mail it to me. I am really impressed!

They do not ask you if you would like a room away from the pool. The rooms by the pool are very noisy until they close. People should be asked, when we arrived all we wanted to do was relax but we could not until the pool closed.

Has onsite restaraunt, which is decent. The bed was very comfortable. They provide conditioner in the toiletries (so few places do this) I'm a smoker, they have no smoking rooms at all. They don't have a restaraunt menu in the room. Would have been nice as I had to go down and look at one and specifically ask if I could take my food up to the room.

It was clean, the beds were comfy. Not to much late night noise, when we were there it was a pretty busy place. All around enjoyable!!! I think the rooms are a little overpriced!
