Service was wonderful. I am also a Starwood Member do the early check-in (11am), the complimentary water bottles and newspapers, and the $5 coupon for skipping housekeeping were much appreciated. They have king sized Heavenly beds which are incredibly comfortable and didn't haves longing for my own bed at home. And real comforters instead if those awful thin blankets - I was actually warm for once. There is a Starbucks in the lobby, thank goodness. The food supplied for our day-long conference was really good. Richmond Centre is a block away and there is a shuttle to and from the airport. I didn't have time to check out all the facilties. They are still charging for wi-fi which seems ridiculous in this day but...

I liked how their beds made me appreciate the firmness of my bed at home! Would be nice if medical rate be included on website
