The bathroom was clean, that's about the only good thing I can think of about my experience at this hotel. Front desk staff were not friendly or welcoming, so first impression was not good. We had three rooms booked, one didn't have heat and there were dirty sheets on the bed in the room I occupied; when I complained to the front desk they did respond promptly, however clean sheets were delivered to my room and I had to remake the bed myself. We changed hotels and booked out two days early. |

The room was spacious and clean, it was cheap (ish) and close to the airport. I didn't like our experience with the front desk staff at all. They pretty much ignored us when we were trying to check in. When we finally did get their attention, they weren't polite and they generally weren't paying much attention to us... they were talking to each other, talking on the phone and had no manners. No please, thank you, enjoy your stay etc. However, we may have just gotten the "bad" staff... otherwise the hotel was fine. |

I liked the proximity to other locations At 6 am you could hear the planes coming and going however it is located by the airport. |

I have always thought Best Western a super place to stay but after this experience I do not know anymore. Of all the staff I came into contact with during my weeks stay only three had a smile. The majority of clerks at the desk should be fired. They were rude, grumpy and made one feel very inferior. You would think they would know the guests are the reason for their job. On more than one occasion I waited at least 10 - 15 min to be acknowledged while the clerk was on the phone. Not at all impressed |

Nice size room, with king bed. yes actually the parking was an issue, we got a parking pass in order to avoid a ticket, what a surprise in the morning $75 parking ticket! The hotel is supposed to pay for the ticket, no comment at this point, it was just anoying trying to find a parking spot in the hotel parking lot and ending up with a ticket! |
