I have always thought Best Western a super place to stay but after this experience I do not know anymore. Of all the staff I came into contact with during my weeks stay only three had a smile. The majority of clerks at the desk should be fired. They were rude, grumpy and made one feel very inferior. You would think they would know the guests are the reason for their job. On more than one occasion I waited at least 10 - 15 min to be acknowledged while the clerk was on the phone. Not at all impressed |

Nice size room, with king bed. yes actually the parking was an issue, we got a parking pass in order to avoid a ticket, what a surprise in the morning $75 parking ticket! The hotel is supposed to pay for the ticket, no comment at this point, it was just anoying trying to find a parking spot in the hotel parking lot and ending up with a ticket! |

This hotel was perfectly adequate and functional for a brief overnight stay when you either land or are leaving and need quick access to the airport. The only downside is that breakfast is not included. |

Everything is fine here. The complimentary airport shuttle is great. The inhouse restaurant is good, and there are two other restaurants opposite. Free parking during the stay (we had no problem finding a space as others complained) and cheap parking (6$/day) until the return by plane. Good hot tub. The sauna had to be switched on by me and i had to wait for it to heat. The sauna door did not shut properly. Apart from that, also the sauna was nice. |

We enjoyed the comfort of the bed as well as the airport limo service - both picking us up at the airport and delivering us back to the departure concourse. No complimentarty continental breakfast |
