The most what I liked, was...the bed. Very comfortable, did not want to wake up in the morning. At first when I arrived, as I had the whole day, I was scared that I have nothing to do as it is not close to town and I had no car. But there is a bus stop very close to the hotel (ticket 3$ and is valid for 2 hours) and at last I found the location very convenient. Good hotel! |

This hotel was fine for what we needed - a clean place to stay, close to the airport. There are very few amenities within walking distance. When we arrived, we were thirsty but nothing was open and none of the hotel drink machines was working. |

We liked the quality of the room. The beds were very comfortable and it had all of the amenities we needed like - iron/ironing board, hair dryer, toiletries, coffee maker, etc. There was a good variety of TV channels. The restaurant/bar was very good as well. The staff at the front desk were not very friendly. The staff in the restaurant/bar were very good though. |

Hotel price was good. Close to the airport and near major highways. Parking was hard to find in hotel parking lot even though it was free. The hotel staff did not give me the right room when I checked in the first time and had to come back downstairs and rectify the situation. |

They accomodated my early arrival by 2 hours which was great, and the free shuttle to and from the airport was excellent. I didn't like the fact that the hotel cleaning staff do not knock before they try to enter your room, and on top of that when I yelled that they could not come in because I was busy, they insisted they could enter to deposit towels. After some yelling back and forth, they finally left the towels on the door in the hall. Bottom line:::: lock your door so staff cannot enter with their key.... |

It was close to my client. That's all! I didn’t like the breakfast section. Too expensive and not good. The hotel had always this bad smell. noise in the morning because of all the trucks and buses Also the gym is not really a gym. (just few machines) |

The free shuttle service from the airport was very good and hassle-free after a long flight. The bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in - my mattress at home seems very uncomfortable now! |

I enjoyed the food and that it was close to the airport and had a pool for my family. we were catching a plane the next day and they had a shuttle to pick me up and drop me off. I think it is time they thought of a bit of renovation .... a bit of an upgrade would definitely improve their sales. |

The efficiency of the staff at a late check in, the speed and promptness of the free airport shuttle and general courtesy of all staff we came in contact with .The room was clean, quiet and comfortable . |

Rude staff, my husband and I booked on line reserving a room for 1nightonly we believed we had requested a executive room on the top floor. upon arrival we were given a room on the 5th floor, we imediatly spoke with reception. And this is were it all went BAD. We will refrain from booking this hotel in the future. |
