トランジットなので空港間の無料シャトルは最高に良かった。割安感あり

周りになにもありませんのでもう少し安くで朝食、夕食が出来ると良いですね。ビュフェスタイルですが、私た- ち日本人にはあまりお得感なし

The bathroom was clean, that's about the only good thing I can think of about my experience at this hotel.

Front desk staff were not friendly or welcoming, so first impression was not good. We had three rooms booked, one didn't have heat and there were dirty sheets on the bed in the room I occupied; when I complained to the front desk they did respond promptly, however clean sheets were delivered to my room and I had to remake the bed myself. We changed hotels and booked out two days early.

I liked the proximity to other locations

At 6 am you could hear the planes coming and going however it is located by the airport.

Very impressed with the the size, cleanliness, location,comfort and valvue for the money. We really enjoyed our stay.

I have always thought Best Western a super place to stay but after this experience I do not know anymore. Of all the staff I came into contact with during my weeks stay only three had a smile. The majority of clerks at the desk should be fired. They were rude, grumpy and made one feel very inferior. You would think they would know the guests are the reason for their job. On more than one occasion I waited at least 10 - 15 min to be acknowledged while the clerk was on the phone. Not at all impressed

The room was excellent; beds very comfortable; nice view; very clean throughout the hotel; situated close to major highway (401)

Parking was insufficient; had to drive around to find a spot

Bath robes were supplied , room was clean and comfortable

around 1am when i came back to the hotel outside parking was very hard to find/ some airplane noice overhead in the am

Not high luxury, but very clean, renovated and functional.

Low price, convenient location near airport with good shuttle service to and from. Restauant/bar had good food but no ambience

Found the hotel too remote to do anything unless you just wanted to go to bed staff not over friendly

yes actually the parking was an issue, we got a parking pass in order to avoid a ticket, what a surprise in the morning $75 parking ticket! The hotel is supposed to pay for the ticket, no comment at this point, it was just anoying trying to find a parking spot in the hotel parking lot and ending up with a ticket!
