Best Western Plus Toronto Airport Hotel    

Restaurant and pub. Very clrsn rooms and luxury style bedding. Gym pool and hot tub. Convenient to Toronto airport

No assistance with luggage

We had an early 3:00 a.m. departure and the gentleman on staff at the front counter was very friendly and courteous.

The jets in the hot tub were too strong and actually destroyed my bathing suit.

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful at any hour of our arrival. Thank you so much for making our stay so welcoming.

Pleasant staff, quiet, clean and comfortable room for a good nights sleep after a long flight.

Swimming pool was okay - sauna wasnt turned on. Found very little to like about this hotel - sadly

Dowdy, drab and outdated. Poor staff, bathroom tiling somewhat tatty, furniture in room chipped and scruffy. Totally soul-less and uninspiring. Location - okay for airport but nothing else in the immediate vicinity, no options to go out locally. Breakfast - was told was £9.95 at booking time - actually turned out it was only off a menu - and more than price indicated. Surprised that there was no breakfast buffet No options for room service - unusual in a (unwarranted ) so called 4 star hotel..And in spite of booking a late checkout - had 3 calls in morning finding out when I was leaving - so no sleep when I needed it for late flight. Would not stay here again - have stayed at other Best Westerns - and this was worst by far.Not sure whether angry or just disappointed.

Patrick at the front desk was fast and friendly.

There was garbage in our room, under a chair. Wifi wouldn't work. The toilet would run constisently after each flush; had to repair each time on my own. Biggest complaint....i travelled with my daughter on the shuttle at 4:40 am and made arrangements to return to the hotel following the 5:20 shuttle. I called to say I would be in the designated area at 5:30 which I was. I was left at the airport for 65 mins and had to make 3 further phone calls. A van from another company finally came to pick me up. I was late for work and very, very displeased for having to wait in the freezing weather for that long. Compensation would be appreciated.

Location and cost for a over night in Toronto to carry on to our next flight in the morning. It was clean and comfort.

I did not like the fact that we requested a wake up call at 7am and got called at 4am. I didn't sleep well after that because of our morning flight and the need to catch the shuttle at 8am sharp. When I said something during check out I was shown a piece of paper when the person who wrote down our request did not write a clear number. Basically I thought the response was "not my problem".

Far from Double-tree where my training was held. With traffic it took me 40 minutes to go 10 kilometers.

I was staying at the hotel to attend my mother;s funeral. The staff were very understanding and helpful

The tap in the bathtub was dripping. There is not a category to accommodate my stay. My son and his young daughter were staying with me for the funeral. The trip was neithr business nor leisure.

Close location to the airport

My room wasn't available due to the weather and they had to move me to another hotel (lower standards)

Beds were great, very comfortable. Everything was very clean.

rooms, meals, and staff were all excellent. Rooms were clean and quiet. Had supper and breakfast both execellent. Quick and speedy registration and exiting

Loud, cleaning staff in am very loud, no coffee of muffins (9:30am), large smell of pot in stairwell

I booked a king room and when i checked in they tried to put me in a queen.

We love the food at the restaurant. The wings were the best.

But only had one person Bartending/waitressing/take food orders. The service was very slow and didn't have Clamate juice for my ceaser

I found the staff great. It was a quiet relaxing night and so very convenient. I chose it because of the price and the fact that it had airport shuttle.

When I called the shuttle they told me it would be 30 minutes, when, in fact it was 45 min. which would not ordinarily be a problem....but it was COLD waiting in the bus shelter.

Very comfortable and friendly

Shuttle service from airport was very slow . we waited over a hour for him to get us. Said he picked up the wrong people but he didn't come and was still long wait after we called the second time. Fortunately the hotel and staff were very good. Next time I would take a cab.
