Strongly recommended this hotel to anyone looking for good value of their money. Location is a plus factor... conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants, shopping mall, tourist attractions and even to the city (especially if you are a keen walker). Complimentary breakfast has variety of pastries & beverages to choice from. Room & environment generally clean. Found all staff from front desk to cleaners all courteous and helpful. Very satisfied and happy with our recent stay in this hotel. One incident of clogged up toilet at night time during our stay which was settled only the following morning due to in availability of staff... personally not a major issue but for others can be, so calling managements intervention to this matter for their future guests please.

the location is excellent. right next door to a small shopping mall, doable walking distance to downtown (or a short cab ride), quiet neibourhood (even though its on Kingsway). would definitely stay again.

Good location. Room was clean and well presented. Whilst room sze was relatively small it was more then adequate for two night stay. The complimentry breakfas was adequate, however it is served in disposable paper plates with plastic knife and spoon.

Nice clean hotel with friendly staff, a few blocks from downtown Vancouver but was easy to get to, taxi in was 10 usd walk was about 20 mins.

It was in a very central location which was nice for site-seeing and trips. The room was very nice with good furniture and equipment. As well they had a fairly good continental breakfast each day. Parking lot was free. Parking lot was tight and difficult to park in.

Courteous helpful staff, well kept hotel where I'm happy to stay quite often. Secure covered free parking Good breakfast buffet Complimentary newspaper Wifi, one of the first mid range to offer it. General comment only that in north America, Best Westerns are generally classed along with budget hotels, whereas travelling widely rest of the world they are usually well above that.

It's handy to bus/skytrain routes. Handy to where my family is located. I do appreciate the breakfast room, although it is a bit of a feeding frenzy at some times of the morning. I do like the assortment of pillows on the beds, if you have a double room there are lots to choose from. The room I was assigned was at the end of the hall, over the parkade. So, it was cold and it was noisy. The first night there, the heat didn't work and I was brought a small space heater. It made the main room not too bad, the bathroom remained frigid. I don't think you can solve the bathroom issue seeing as it is over the parkade. Your eco-friendly signs in the bathroom are not observed by your staff. I always place my towels on the rails and they are always replaced with fresh ones, every day.

It was very centrally located for what we were doing that week. The staff were very courteous and friendly. The hotel was very clean and fresh. They had a very nice continental breakfast every day. And the U/G parking was very handy. The maid service was hit and miss. The U/G parking was very tight.

Convenient location Traffic noise at night was ridiculously loud. Room arrangement was unnecessarily awkward (the bed cramped the desk which cramped walking through to the seating area/window). Bathroom door, toilet were also awkward. Parking was ridiculously cramped, awkward.

I really enjoyed the comfort of hotel and the friendliness of the front counter check in greater he was super friendly.The breakfast that was included that came in handy too keep up the good work will for sure be rebooking soon with u hotel. really wished u had a pool that us as a family could have enjoyed

I was very disappointed that the breakfast room used all disposable plates, cups and cutlery! I was travelling with a colleague from overseas who commented "I thought Canadians were more responsible than Americans!?" Really did not enjoy being forced into a much larger than usual ecological footprint during my stay!
