Very good location--close to downtown, False Creek, shopping and dining areas. The room was hot even with the cool air on. |

The rooms were tidy, the hotel was conveniently located. First floor room had microwave and fridge. No internet access in the first floor room, despite advertisements otherwise. |

The decor was current. The free breakfast was well stocked. The room was a good size. The lingering "smoky smell" from its days as a hotel that allowed smoking. If it never allowed smoking then many people broke the rules. The street noise coming into the room was extremely loud having the window shut made no difference in volume. We had to run the room airconditioner just to try to have a constant white noise that would compete with the incoming traffic noise. While it was nice that they offered free underground parking the spaces were extremely small and we had an economy car and still found them the stalls too small as evidenced by the damage my rental car suffered while staying there. |

An excellent room layout with all conveniences. We particularly liked the fact there were two folding metal stands for suitcases, very handy for travellers staying just one night with heavy suitcases. The location was downmarket and the adjacent eating house was clean but basic. |

We liked the area. Lot's of good places to eat nearby. Try Vera's Burgers. Best Burgers in Vancouver. Free internet was nice. |

It was a convienent location for us Our room was verry small for a 3 star Best Western. To ajust the air/heater controls I had to get on my hands and knees to reach them under the table. |

Organisation went very smoothly. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were very grateful for the air conditioning unit in the room as the weather was unseasonably hot. The only niggle we had was that the toaster in the breakfast room took for ever to toast the bread. I understand they are currently updating and extending the breakfast room so hopefully they will get a new toaster! |

DIY Breakfast is very good - continental: bagels, pastries, toast, fresh fruit.(Coffee is Nescafe - enough said..However ground coffee machine in room) Location: From Main Street (round the corner) take nr 3 bus to downtown. Tickets $2.50 valid 1,5 hours and also valid on Skyline Train which is just a few stops down from the hotel (Main Strt/Science World Station - taking you downtown). |

the location and the staff were outstanding. I accidentally spent 100 dollars on phone calls that I assumed where free. "Local/Long distance access - FREE" is extremely misleading in a time of digital phones. |

The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. My daughter and I found it to be a great place to go and will return the next time we have appointments in Vancouver. |
