I enjoyed the way the room looked and the bathroom was so luxury with that sink and counter was just breathtaking. The location of the snack machine with the chips etc. was in a little odd place.

Quiet No complaint about the hotel, but a complaint about booking.com The hotel had no record from you, about our confirmed booking. Fortunately I had a printout showing my online booking. Another booking at the super 8 motel at Cornwall on., The same thing happened. Why doesn't the info from Booking.com seem to reach the hotel??????

+ Easy Parking (although indoors because it was winter might have been an even better attribute) + Convenience of the linked Buttery Restaurant + almost direct access to family in Uxbridge via good roads + Comfortable bed + Flat screen tv + plenty of hot water and clean bathroon + Quietness (heard no noise from either outside or inside) + Helpfulness of front desk staff Perhaps our own fault, but the linked restaurant was closed on Christmas Day (the alternative were muffins laid out for breakfast) and we were not aware that it was going to be closed until walking into the hotel

When i had arrived to check in, for some reson there was no record of the reservation. I am glad that i had printed a copy of the confromation and had one on the Blackberry. If not i am not sure if i would have gotten a room and that would have not been good. As well you should include a section for CAA members so that the available discounts are kown.

Good clean spacious rooms. Cleaning staff friendly. Staff did not inform of services offered ie free access to the gym and free internet access available in the lobby. No complimentary breakfast.

I had an issue during my stay at the hotel. The staff responded and had an excellent conflict resolution and problem sloving especially the receptionist called Douglas who upgrade my room to sweet and gave me a good price

I brought my 88 year old Mother to Newmarket for a Drs. apt. The room was lovely, quiet, comfortable, the service in the dinning room was amazing, we were able to shop across the street, and be at the apt. location in 5 minutes. We will be back in July for the next apt. and plan on staying with you again.
