Location Facilities Calmness Cleanliness
The unit had several light bulbs out and I never did get the t v sound to work, it was decorated on the cheap.
staff (managers) very friendly & tried to respond to our concerns re cleanliness & broken items
not clean- filthy area rug, a smear of something on the wall in the bathroom, dust balls behind furniture and when they sent a cleaner up she moved one dresser & cleaned behind it and then left the rest. Two of us spent a couple of hours cleaning it ourselves.
Facilities on the premises are good.
They are so short on staff and the do not seem they want to invest in that for improvement. The reception staff and calling do NOT answer calls most of the time. More commitment to customers need to be undertaken.
Excellent service, value, would book again and again. Loved it.
Slight over sight ...no toilet paper was provided.
Location and proximity to Go station.

Where to start? We arrived slightly after agreed meeting time. Impossible to contact these guys easily. Managed by desk phone. Husband harrassed (!) by guard to park in "visitor parking". The guy shows up and tells me to get in my car and follow him. That the resident's parking is another entrance. He then proceeds to head back out onto the main road and drive for 5-10 mins (including circling a block) and taking us into a completely different building. We are told to park. We are here. What? We are now 2 kms from the apartment. It is ONLY when I ask that I am informed that there was a mixup with the other apartment, which is no longer available, and we are being offered this one instead. It would have been nice had that been communicated when the guy first arrived, rather than ordering me into my car and to follow him to some strange and random location (seemed very dodgy). We arrive at the apartment. 34th floor (not a bad view), and it is in an AWFUL state. walls completely marked up everywhere, floor is absolutely filthy and disgusting (both the tiles/wood and the carpet). With a baby we were not impressed. But it was furnished nicely. Wifi worked well, no problems. Two elevators for 100+ apartments over 37 floors meant we'd wait on average 5-10 mins to go up and down. A trip to the car would take half an hour. Apartment is very luminous, so much so it's impossible to darken the room for babies naps. A fire alarm at midnight on our last night was not fun. That went on for a while until sorted, meanwhile we were wondering if we'd have to evacuate with a baby in the middle of the night in the pouring rain. (down 34 flights of stairs!!; maybe they should put people with babies in lower level apartments). When we were let into the apartment, there was no details given about check out. I had to CHASE that via phone and email.
location and the size of the apartment. Made me feel like i was in my own home.
Proximity to shopping malls Square One and Sherway Gardens was excellent. Apartment was clean. Free underground parking.
Beds missing sheets; pillows were flat (only one per bed); mattresses hard and uncomfortable; towels were worn and dingy; apartment was cold.
How nice it was, there was so much to do with in the building as well ! Great experience.
That there was only one enterance for such a huge two sided building, but overall great security at front desk.
The suite is really close to the shopping mall. This made our life a lot easier.
Location, condition, impressive grounds and lobby
TV did not work, no bedside lamp, room seemed quite small for a condo in this area.
The home like feel. No check in lobbys. Just walk in and walk out.
The apartment was in a great location. It was comfortable, clean and spacious.
Check in was not easy. The info provided with the reservation did not explain that there is no check in desk and you need to call someone.
We liked that it was very spacious especially with our 2 year grandson, all the amenities around us..bowling, pool, billiard and shopping. It was a good view overlooking Lake Ontario. The staff was very helpful and a big bonus was that parking was free and easy access!
We found that it was quite far from downtown Toronto. We are not from the area so not too familiar with the bus/Go train system.
Apartment was spacious and comfortable for a family of 5. Apartment owner was accessible and helpful.
Bowling was available, but children under 6 were not allowed; this was not stated on advertising prior to booking. This excluded 2 of our 3 children who regularly enjoy bowling. Theatre was closed for the duration of our stay.
