Noisy rooms after 10
Brilliant location and nice staff
The CDN$ 20 surcharge that was listed as a booking fee!
We enjoyed the location. The sauna and pools were wonderful.
The bed was so old, made of two twins that weren't the same height! so there was a hard edge down the middle. Noisy rooms so we wondered about insulation. The "old" smell in the hallways - it's getting old and needs a reno now.
Didn't get clean towels Window couldn't close Sink didn't work Broken heater
Close to ski lifts, about a 5-minutes walk through the village. Close to shops and restaurants. Rental shop for skis and equipment right next to front desk, rented skis were provided for you every morning, which turned out to be quite convenient.
Sofa bed linens were dirty, full of stains and hair from the former vacationists. After complaints, it took half an hour till somebody finally replaced everything. But no apologies! Bed lamp bulb didn`t work, was finally replaced after two requests. Light above kitchen sink didn`t work, was not repaired, although requested. Vaccuum cleaning only on request!
Location is very good, and the rooms are spacious.
The rooms are very badly insulated, and the heating system is from the past century or more. WiFi worked awfully bad all 8 days we stayed. They didn't bother to fix it even with all clients complaining about it. And what was wrong with it was a bad setup of IP addresses, pretty easy to fix. They don't have a room cleaning service, or bed making, although we paid crazy money to go to the hotel. Very bad value for what was paid.
Great location... Equipment rental staff were great Kitchenette and lounge were great
We requested a king bed which turned out to be two singles pushed together. Very, very uncomfortable. We also had to request clean sheets as they weren't changed despite us having a five night stay.
Location was perfect. Right in heart of Whistler village. Size of room was adequate for my family of 5 (2 adults, 2 teenagers, 1 pre teen).
Facilities are dated and could use a refurbishment. There wasn't a daily cleaning service. We stayed for 1 week and only received a mid-week service. Our room also lacked drawer/closet space.
location parking ski storage
poor room housekeeping poor wifi reception street noise at 2am
Great location in Whistler Village, the staff was very attentive, and the cost for peak time was good.
Soooo much noise from outside and the bed was very uncomfortable.
Incredibly noisy at night - from street Room not cleaned as promised Room not restocked as promised Staff didn't seem to care
Housekeeping was not maintained adequately.
close to the lift
couldn't sleep because the noise outside.
Checked in really late but desk staff was great. Hotel was nice and clean and the location is really close to the main Whistler lifts. Rental shop right in lobby. Room layout for father and son was two twins. Perfect.
The beds were the cheapest thing I've slept on ever. My college dorm room was better. Extremely firm and bouncy. Weird combination but awful.
Most comfortable bed in Whistler, and great value for 3 adults. Right in the heart of the Village, and a 5 minute walk to the gondolas. Full kitchen too, including range and oven.
We had an excellent stay with the Blackcomb lodge. The location is perfect, rooms were clean comfortable and had the warm homey feel. The staff were great, always a friendly smile and a big shout out to Phil for making the stay just that bit better. Highly reccomended!!
great rate . For the location and facilities
there was no gym
We only stayed for one night in the loft apartment. It was good value for money but a little tight on space. It was great having full kitchen facilities
It was a little squishy with four adults, and there are no walls separating the sleeping areas so it ideal if someone in your party snores
This place is right in the hub if everything with just a small walk to the slopes.
They were in the middle of carpeting the hall ways. At 7 in the morning there were working hammering and scraping away removing the carpets. We were told all units have kitchens, this one didn't. We had a cramped corner room when it seemed others were available.
Customer service was amazing along with the comfort stay !
Everything you require to cook a meal including a dishwasher. Best Location in the Village, next to grocery store.
No Table and Chairs for a family to eat at , but a kitchen equipped with major appliances (Fridge, Stove/Oven, Dishwasher) to prepare a large family meal.
Central location, kitchen facilities were excellent, friendly welcome, nice pool. Conveniet parking, this cost $18 and was located under the hotel.
Insanely noisy due to being right next to the bars. It would be fine for those who frequent them! The price quoted when booking was much less than what I actually paid after "exclusions" we added on! This was due to the hotel adding 8% service charge (for what - I think this is cheeky) and Canadian Govt tax of 15%.
Located within walking distance of the event I was attending. Close to restaurants, cafes, and shopping. It was clean and comfy.
Noise from a nearby bar could be heard late into the night.
Location, room is great, clean
Ladies at the front desk
Location. Indoor Pool. Guest Laundry. Supermarket & Liquor Store just across the Village Square. Relaxed atmosphere.
Location of the bed - felt it would have been better located on the other side of the room. About due for an update. Prefer a shower cubicle to a shower head over a bath tub.
